Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Close to the center, yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear anything from inside. It stops ringing at midnight. Accessible for people with reduced mobility (elevator) with private parking available. The apartment and terrace are non-smoking.
