Had such an amazing stay here with my family! The place is so stunning and peaceful, so close to everything you need. The apartment had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the hosts were so helpful with check in and recommendations for the area :)

Accommodation looks exactly as described and as in the photo. The super friendly and helpful host took the time to give us tips on what places to visit. The kitchen is equipped with oil, salt and various dishes. Quiet neighbourhood, there are no loud noises or night noises that could annoy those who have a light sleep. I recommend this apartment!

very cozy and well furnished house with all the comforts. The only flaw is the (municipal) WIFI that worked very poorly.

I had a fantastic stay and loved the view of the sea from the terrace.

Monica’s place is amazing! It’s a little slice of heaven. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the home was beautifully decorated. The sunsets from the balcony are stunning! Monica and Andrea were extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cinque Terre.

Great apartment. It is a few blocks from the train station and a few blocks from the pedestrian areas of the downtown area so it was easy to get around walking. The apartment was large and clean. The kitchen was well furnished with what I needed to make simple meals. When I arrived the host had wine and cold water to welcome me. I recommend this apartment and will stay here next time I am in La Spezia.

We loved our stay at kateylanas! It was very spacious. Air conditioning in the rooms and I got to know Agnese and she was a very friendly and accommodating host. We ended up staying there another night because we loved La spezia so much. It was even very nice to wash our clothing!!

Great place to stay, so close to the main street with all the cafes and shops and restaurants. Only downside was the school and play area right outside the window, super loud in the afternoon.

Great stay, very clean, bright apartment. With air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Two minutes on foot from the train station. And a few steps from the streets with restaurants etc. Street with a lot of car and ambulance traffic so quite noisy when on the terrace but the apartment is very well insulated so you don't hear any noise when the windows are closed. I would definitely recommend this apartment. And the host is very nice and gives good advice.

Luca's apartment is very well located, less than 10 min walk from the train station while being in a nice area near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and sofa are perfect. The lounge area is small but we were never there during the day. Great for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

Luca’s place is perfectly located in the heart of La Spezia—just steps away from great restaurants and within walking distance of all the main sights. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station, which made it super convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre while still being able to enjoy relaxed evenings in La Spezia. The location really couldn’t have been better for our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Pisa! Elisa was incredibly proactive and communicated everything clearly from start to finish—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The space itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay here again!

Welcoming, explanations, advice and availability as from old friends. We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but only the accommodation and location are worth the holiday. Incredible hosts. I had to cancel my stay after 1 night for personal reasons and Christiana was so gracious and helpful, even giving us her contact info in case we needed more help later. The place is small but extremely clean and functional with all basic necessities provided and everything you need. Bed is extremely comfy. Location is right in the middle of town with an amazing viewpoint a 1 min walk away. Only one flight of stairs to get in. No view as the listing states but if you will be out exploring a lot this would 100% be the best place for a home base. Incredible value for money since in addition to the affordable price Christiana can get you discounted train and trekking cards, offers a discount at her restaurant, and the included breakfast is generous and delicious! Nice appartment a little outside of the city centre of La Spezia. Antonio is a very helpful host with lots of good recommendations.

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The view is fantastic. Not so close to the coastal road, but also not too high. Didn't need a car all week. 2 euros for the bus to Genoa, or Saint Margaret is also casual. I guess this won't be the last time with Carlo and Lucia. Very nice, thank you

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. The hosts were exceptional, with great communication throughout our stay. Do not hesitate to stay here, can't wait to return soon! Thanks Viola!

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
