Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Highly recommend. Loved staying at Jose’s place. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and everyone is so welcoming. The area is quiet and great for relaxing. It’s close to areas of interest like Marina Vallarta where there are lots of restaurants and a beautiful marina. You can easily get to other areas as well. I will be back whenever I am in Puerto Vallarta.

Had a wonderful stay, easy to find, easy check in, great location. There is a nice balcony with partial ocean view. The middle balcony separates the kitchen area and bedroom. The string lights are nice feature at night on the patio. The bedroom has a nice large sized tv. The bed is so comfy and great to get a long sleep in and good quality sheets and towels. Matt was easy to get a hold of for anything and I would stay here again for sure. A plus as well as Matt ensures there is a large jug of filtered water available!

This place is a little quieter than being right down in the Malecon area. And I felt part of the neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay at Erick's place in Puerto Vallarta! The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured. The host was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

From the reservation Alejandro was super attentive and I support us in everything, the very pleasant house has absolutely everything, the area is very quiet and easily accessible. My family and I felt right at home!

A very pleasant stay, the house is large, useful that it has 3 full bathrooms, the whole house is air-conditioned, the location is safe, I did not get into the pool but it looked clean and has the great plus that they invoice, I had some doubts about the accommodation during my stay and they answered me very quickly and were always attentive, a highly recommended stay, very close to Nuevo Vallarta and I was moving to Playa los Muertos in Puerto Vallarta, I stayed half an hour away but it did not feel like a long journey, I feel that the airbnb is well located

We loved the apartment, the excellent location, the spacious and super clean apartment, Rodrigo was very attentive, I recommend it 100%. We travelled to a convention and looked for something near the event hotel, but when we go on holiday, we would definitely stay at Rodrigo's apartment.

We loved our stay at this condo! Perfect location, easy to get around, close to everything but out of the thick of it. Condo is exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. Loved the balcony and the rooftop pool is fantastic! Hosts were very clear with instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend these hosts and this wonderful condo. Thank you!

Victoria was very nice and helpful with us. We were quick to resolve a problem with the internet. We were very comfortable in general. The only thing that would improve the space is that it had air conditioning for the hot season.

We loved the place, very nice, clean, safe, a very good location a few minutes from many local attractions, plus Juan Ramón was always attentive and available, both for questions about Airbnb and for local recommendations. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

Oz was wonderful. He picked me up at the airport which made everything so easy. Location was excellent with restaurants and bars right out the door. Short walk to the bay. The place was very nicely decorated and well appointed with everything that you need. The balconies were a big plus. Noise was not a problem for me, but I was there during a slower time. I would definitely rent again!

This was a beautiful home! The views are incredible! The home fit exactly what we needed and the staff was helpful, accommodating, and friendly!
