The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel, which belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high with views over hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan ".In the house all old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is equipped with all comforts with a walled garden with palms and olive trees with terrace and jacuzzi.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
