Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family.  The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday.   A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining.   Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.

A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

Welcome to our elegant house located in the heart of an authentic Gers village (Chemin de Saint-Jacques). Great place to gather with family or friends. Capacity for up to 11 people, with 4 bedrooms and a dormitory area. Enjoy a beautiful enclosed garden, featuring a lovely acacia tree that provides natural shade, ideal for alfresco dining. 15 minutes from Condom (Bandas Festival), 30 minutes from Vic-Fezensac (Pentecôtavic, salsa) and Nérac, close to the Gallo-Roman site of Séviac.

It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas.
