Welcome to Maison Principale , thé house is situated in the stunning village of Poudenas . Newly Renovated The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen , with a large Log burner for your use. 2 double bedrooms and a mezzanine which can sleep 2 ( has low ceiling ) . A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

In our farm we have set up 1 cottage. It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas. A living room at the entrance of this cottage (30 m2) A crib, folding crib and high chair All with a Wi-Fi connection!!! AIR CONDITIONING!!!

Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-metre swimming pool, heated from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of sheets, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

On the terrace you can relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the view of the stars
