The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

The self catering accomodation of Vintage House consists of two A/C separate bedrooms (a double and a twin one) and one bathroom. Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
