Loved the stay here. It was clean, peaceful, and quiet. The home was nice and modern. Close to a lot of good eats and downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and we came back for multiple reasons: first and foremost, the unique charm and fun-factor of this private little oasis, followed by its location in the heart of downtown Phoenix. And when it comes to privacy, this compound of individual apartments offers the best of both worlds — each unit has its own private patio but there are also common spaces where you can socialize while you grill, play billiards or pool, and even play chess on the large rooftop chessboard! Dereck is a great host, displaying both topnotch responsiveness and flexibility. So for a second time, we highly recommend this property!

Mia is a good host—an excellent communicator who clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience. She is warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made me feel very well taken care of. The apartment is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. I truly appreciated Mia’s kindness and attention throughout my brief booking. Highly recommend!

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a little “mom break”. It was gorgeous and plenty of lounge chairs at all times of the day. The bed and pillows were high quality. I could hear others coming and going but they were very considerate and it wasn’t any more than you’d expect from a hotel. The only small issue was lack of response when I asked to double check that the pool would be open, which was the primary reason for booking. Other than that it was an absolute dream!

Our stay was so comfortable for 3 of us and our pup! Was so close to the fountain and within a beautiful neighborhood. Kitchen was full stocked, downstairs bathroom was great and upstairs rooms were cozy, beds were comfortable, and the space was nice and cool! The backyard was very peaceful, clean, and a great space to enjoy being outside with our dog. Loved all the games and books in the nook in the living room. Check in/out was easy and there was everything we needed from shampoo/conditioner/body wash, qtips/cotton balls, linens, throw blankets, extra blankets and pillows, a crib, and even a gate for the stairs! Very satisfied with our stay and plan to rebook when visiting family here in the future. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful setting to just get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Home was very accommodating and included all the necessities to keep our stay comfortable. Just the perfect place to unplug and reset. Kellie was very responsive to ANY need that came about.

The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we especially loved the outdoor space—it was peaceful, private, and ideal for enjoying the Arizona sunshine. On June 12, I and my wife rented this beautiful three bedroom home on the Airbnb site. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and the informative host of the host Amanda. Upon arrival to the home, we found the check in to be very simple. The home was described just as it wasn’t the pictures very clean. The pool was amazing. The Jacuzzi and sauna as well. We had a absolute complete good time and definitely look forward to using this home again on our next getaway also arrowhead mall and many other restaurants and malls are all within 5 to 10 minute drive

Beautiful home from the outside all the way to the inside. Very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were all perfect sizes, the kitchen was big and had a variety of dishes we could use.

Megan was a wonderful host. She allowed us to use her property for our baby shower, and all of our guests enjoyed the home. Stunning views and the perfect house for a medium gathering! Thank you Megan!

Had a wonderful stay here. Area was beautiful and there were lots of places to walk to. Even better at night! Only downside is there are no cameras in the parking garage and we had some things stolen from our car the first night. Still had an amazing time and would definitely book again.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Great space in a perfect location. Close enough that you’re walking distance to shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet, private area. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing spot the view was INSANE the pictures will never do it justice. Anthony was very helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely be coming back soon!
