Monthly Rentals in Fountain County

Unique apartment. Extremely clean and spacious. Our only concern was the 2nd bedroom was smaller than we anticipated and not ideal for teens or adults. The wall between the bedrooms is part regular wall, part frosted glass wall and the top is entirely open so not private to lights or sound. You also have to go through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. Not ideal for us but we made it work. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Cute coffee shop around the corner with decent breakfast sandwiches. Easy drive to Purdue.

House was as described. Michael was a great host, the house was easy to get into and ready to go. We appreciated the firewood to have a fire, that was a nice touch. Thank you!

Communication with Allison was top notch before and during our stay, and was quick to answer any questions we had. Her place was comfortable and exactly as shown and described. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids to stay overnight and to entertain for a family get together with 8 adults and 4 kids. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms, plenty of seating in the living room and all the essentials in the kitchen. Large backyard for games and running around, relaxing on back patio, and a fire pit to enjoy in the evening. Quiet location, only a 25-minute drive to Turkey Run State Park. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
