Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

The Valban house is ideal for a pleasant weekend, for families or groups of friends. The relaxation room with sauna and jacuzzi is private and accessible at no extra cost all year round. The garden is perfect for outdoor activities or a barbecue. The accommodation is ideally located: close to the village and its shops but also a large number of leisure activities (hiking, skiing, cycling, water sports, paragliding...). It is on the ground floor (terrace with barbecue) facing east with views of the mountains. Living room with kitchenette/bar and sofa bed. A small bedroom with a double bed separated by a curtain. A shower room and a toilet. 10 minutes from Gap. 2 minutes from the airport. 5 minutes from Tallard and La Saulce.
