This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. The Sunset Elena Suite is located in perhaps the best spot of Iulida, it has a wonderful balcony with an unlimited and unobstructed view of the Aegean and while it is very close to restaurants and cafes, it does not have the hustle and bustle that would disturb a guest from relaxing and enjoying the view. sleep on cotton-satin sheets make your coffee in the espresso machine and choose the pillow you like for a pleasant sleep. In the bedroom you will find 4 different pillows to choose from. If you just want to relax in front of the TV, you will find a42 inch TV with movable stand to even choose the angle you like.also in the house you will find a toaster, an espresso machine, an electric kettle for tea or Greek coffee and of course a fridge with freezer. Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.
