Includes 6 passes daily to water park, walking distance to Bridges Bay restaurants and lake access. Over-sized patio with Weber gas grill. Extended driveway for up to 4 cars (street parking not allowed). Washer/dryer available in unit for guest use. Booking guest must be 25 or older, parties not allowed.

Two private bedrooms and plenty of hang-out space and extra sleeping spaces.

Charming Country Studio Cottage

Charming recently remodeled, country mother in law suite style studio! Attached on the far side of the garage from the main house(which is currently not lived in). Enjoy a cozy, quiet acreage, while being located 2.5 miles from Spencer! **Residential side of house is under construction, some siding is removed and windows are boarded! If crews are coming out will let you know.

Nice space, close to the lakes!

Two bedrooms with an additional pullout couch. Close to East Okoboji Lake, the splash pad at Memorial Park, and downtown shoppes and restaurants. Space for on street parking or off street parking in the back. No centralized air conditioning, but one window unit in the dining area and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Great for families!

Downtown Serenity

Located at 10 W 4th Street in downtown Spencer, the historic Medlar Studio is home to the The Medlar Suites. Suite #1 has Wifi and free parking is provided across the street (Public parking lot, well lit). This unit is centrally located and in the heart of the shopping district with the local brewery just around the corner and restaunts within blocks.

Barringer Slough cabin

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay or come for some of the great hunting and fishing! This tiny cabin has Wi-Fi, Hulu, mini fridge, AC, heat, coffee maker, microwave and more! Charcoal grill, fire pit, and port a pot. There is a patio area as well. No running water.
