The apartment is a real jewel with every comfort.

Cosy and newly renovated studio apartment, located in a tiny house at the beginning of the amazing via Milazzo, on the right bank of Ticino river. Just a few meters from Ponte Coperto and one of the main streets of Pavia (Strada Nuova), it is a perfect base for exploring the city centre. The studio is characterized by a main room with a comfortable queen-size bed, a separated and accessorized small kitchen, an anteroom and a bathroom. Internet WI-FI and AIR-CONDITIONING.

The Azalee

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

The nearest motorway exits are on the A1 of Lodi at 9.5 Km and to the south Milan barrier ( always on A1 ) 13 km away .

Newly renovated 50m² apartment on the ground floor with independent entrance, no steps, free parking in the courtyard and self check-in. Located a few minutes from the center of Pavia, adjacent to the hospital facilities, a short walk from the train station and easily accessible from the highway exits.
