My name is Papiriana, in the ancient medieval village of Fosdinovo in Upper Tuscany on the Ligurian border, a stone's throw from the famous "Malaspina Castle”. I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 single) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful valley of the Magra and the sea. They are halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Campo Cecina 1300 m). Animal friends are welcome !

It's a private property that has recently been completely refurbished, therefore we can offer our Guests a small yet modern & cozy ambiance. Our Rooms for Rent has its own private garden overlooking the “Firmafede” Castle, a stunning view. Passing through the “Porta Romana” you will see the first shops and enjoy some pleasant time at the bars, restaurants close by.

Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station.
