Apartment holiday rentals in Fort York, Old Toronto

I really enjoyed my stay! I walked almost everywhere I needed to go. The heart of king west might be a 20 minute walk but the king streetcar is literally across the street. So convenient! Also there is a no frills grocery store within a stone’s throw and a starbucks at the bottom of the building. Easy walk to liberty village, Queen west, entertainment district etc. There is a go train behind the building (south side) and if windows are left open and if you’re a light sleeper, that could wake someone. (It doesnt run all night). However I had the AC on and with airplugs shouldn’t be an issue. Easy check in, clean, flexible, parking, was able to check in slightly earlier and even a little later, as the cleaner wasn’t coming right away! It was a treat that I didn’t have to rush! I did some light cooking, which was nice too. Quiet safe building. Great hosts, wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Check-in was smooth overall. I had some minor trouble with parking while finding the keys in the rain, but nothing serious. The apartment shows some wear — a few wobbly chairs, scuffed baseboards, and worn carpet. We used the sofa bed for the kids, but it felt unstable and collapsed easily. The sofa also looked quite tired and patched. Noise from the hallway and nearby subway was noticeable. The open-air parking lot outside charges $50 per night, which is steep — the covered garage across the street is a better option. On the bright side, the apartment was clean and the location excellent. Despite the rainy weather, being close to the city’s attractions was a big plus.

Ishaan's place was amazing! It had everything you could ask for and was in a fantastic location! Getting in touch with Ishaan was super easy, and I would definitely stay there again.

Joshua & Julie were fantastic! They made check-in very easy and the place is great. Super comfy bed, nice kitchen and great living room. I was traveling for some meetings and wanted to be close to downtown but also Ossington and Queen street west for the great food and local scene. Definitely one of my favorites places I’ve stayed in Toronto

This Airbnb was close to public transportation, grocery stores, and many restaurants. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and you can feel very safe. Everything in the apartment was top notch - beautifully decorated. Loved staying at this place!

Five stars for everything!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Matthew and Kim were the best hosts I’ve ever met. The apartment is exactly like the photos — or better! It fits up to five people comfortably, has perfect heating, a balcony with a beautiful view, and excellent showers. There are two bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry with washer and dryer. Bed linens were spotless. The location is amazing: safe, pleasant neighborhood with parks, the waterfront, and everything walkable. We used BikeShare a lot — there are stations nearby. Matthew and Kim were always helpful, quick to reply, and went above and beyond. My brother and I had an amazing stay. We’d love to stay here again if we return to Toronto!

We stayed here while attending a conference in Toronto and this apartment exceeded our expectations. Located right in the heart of the city, we had easy access to the conference venue and every type of food imaginable. The apartment had amazing views and was very tidy/ clean to boot! QingXuan was also very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Really comfortable place, everything you need is there, small littles touche makes it very homley. Beds are very comfortable I was sad to leave! Location is quiet but not far from downtown and roger center and CN tower is right around the corner. Host also very helpful and I would love to stay again next time in Toronto!

With excellent proximity to Queen St. West and Liberty Village this place was unmatched. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall the perfect place to stay!

Amazing views, amazing area, check in was easy to follow, surrounding areas had lots of restaurants & bars. Also walking distance to Ripleys Aquarium and The CN Tower

Fantastic stay. Easy check in and check out. Location was super convenient to walk to restaurants and to Roger's Centre. The balcony view was a huge plus! The host was professional and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay , beautiful view, enjoyed the chocolate maker store adjacent to the apartment. It was easy to get around and the area was walkable and safe. Everything was as described in the add and a very nice apartment.

Stayed the night with a friend for a concert. Was walking distance from everything we wanted to do! Very beautiful view and very good communication. Would stay here again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Manuel’s home! Just a small hiccup at check in which was promptly resolved by the host. Other than that, the home is extremely comfortable and in a great location. We were either walking distance from our destination or walking distance to the ttc/trains. The bed is extremely comfortable, best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Toronto.

Great host - gave a ton of instructions and was proactive in communicating. The place was clean and well stocked for a stay. The REC room was such a pleasant surprise - the fitness area was as well setup as an actual gym! If staying here, allow time for elevator access as there is a lot of activity and sometimes you have to wait a few rounds for one to be free to hop on.

The building staff were what made the check in a little slow but Sabina and the team were right on top of it and called to follow up when we couldn’t access the garage. The condo was clean, modern and the view was spectacular.

Place was great, good location. Elevators were a little slow at times, but definitely doesn’t reflect on the unit itself.

This stay was perfect. The condo felt very cozy and right at home. Adithya was the best host you can ask for. They were extremely accommodating and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a super nice condo in Toronto with a lot of activities around.

Had an amazing stay at Marc-Andre’s condo, it had everything I needed! The unit had an amazing view & I enjoyed the pool on a very warm, sunny afternoon. It was a busy weekend so just had to be patient for the elevator.

Had an awesome stay. Majid is super helpful and responds extremely quickly. The view was amazing and I would definitely book again.
