Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Hiking trails are nearby at Fort Yargo State Park and Harbins Park, as well as equestrian trails. Close to Athens and Chateau Elan. This cozy studio sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, smart tv and full bathroom. Private entrance and patio with fire pit that overlooks the pasture.

Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.
