The Airbnb experience was wonderful and welcoming, providing ample space and beautiful surroundings. The host is outstanding, and I would certainly love to return in the future. If you enjoy an artistic vibe with excellent coffee nearby, as well as a range of bars and dining options, this is the ideal place for you. If you find a great rate, make sure to book it right away! The only downside I noticed is that parking is limited, but there is a garage just below the unit. Just ensure that your car isn't too large, as this is due to the busy main road right outside. Don't worry, you won't need to use your car much.

Such a nice townhouse, well-furnished and an easy 10 minute drive from many attractions in the area such as the Colony Grandscape, and a hop away from Arbor Hills nature preserve. Has a nice kitchen and loft workspace. The Parker Estates neighborhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet. We stayed for several weeks while moving to Plano for a new job. The small backyard was good for our dogs and there is a lot of open grass areas to walk them. Barlas was very easy to communicate with. This is Texas, you will need a car to get around.

10/10 stay and host. Have stayed at multiple other places jn Dallas. This was one of the best. Responsive, clear instructions, location, privacy and accommodating host were the elements that stood out.

We had an amazing two night stay at Jeff’s place. Jeff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed before check-in, so thorough and thoughtful. He even texted ahead to let us know the place was ready, that we could check in anytime upon arrival, no questions asked and no need to text for permission. It made everything smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the essentials. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants. One must-see is the Farmers Market just down the road, an absolute gem. A huge bonus was the 12 PM check-out time, giving us extra time to catch up on sleep after a late night of Monopoly Deal, so much better than the usual 10 AM rush. Beyond the stay itself, we loved seeing pieces of Jeff’s journey through the photos and artwork in his home, it made the space feel personal and full of stories. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for a month and had an incredible experience. We felt right at home. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The location was perfect-quiet and peaceful, yet close to shops, restaurants, and anything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, always available to answer questions. Absolutely the highest level of customer service! There was a personalized welcome note on the table for us. The house was very clean and well organized. The decor was fantastic! The beds were ACTUALLY comfortable! This was huge for us. Best of all, however, was the beautiful tub in the master bathroom. Best believe that got some usage while we were there. I hope that all our future reservations are as amazing as this one. The location is fantastic as well. We went for Dallas Fan Expo which was at the convention center in Downtown Dallas. It was only a few minutes away.

Nice and quiet location

The place looked exactly like the photos. I enjoyed the separation of the bedrooms. The rooftop view was amazing and if you have to Uber, it was close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Also, when I needed something, the response was swift

This was a lovely home with very excellent location. It was walkable to lots of great places and the home was quiet at night. It was a little difficult to get in and out of the location with multiple steps of locking/unlocking but it felt very safe. The hosts were very communicative, which made the stay much more convenient.

Staying at this place was great. Roselia was on standby for everything we needed and the place was very clean/quiet- felt like home and perfect for anyone looking for somewhere comfortable to stay. There were cleaning supplies, super pet friendly for our furry friend we brought along, and the beautiful neighborhood was close to everything we needed.

The rental was clean, stylish, and roomy. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to Globe Life Field for a concert. Susie and Dave were very communicative and responded quickly. Thank you!
