Fred’s place was great! Quiet, clean, nice walkable neighborhood. Parking everywhere and on a corner lot which is nice.

The place is beautiful and well maintained. The area is peaceful with restaurants just around the corner and a lake! The amenities were great too. The host is great. Communicates really well and the place was as described.

Good location..cute spot. There was no kitchen supplies , helps to have on short trips . No iron available . Decor was nice

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, easy to access, and close to the highway. The bed was cozy, shower was huge, and felt very spacious and modern. AC worked well the whole time, laundry conveniently in unit, and close by to the garage which always had spots open. The walking trails around the canal and adjacent lake made for a nice way to get steps in after work. I enjoyed my stay and if I am back in DFW for business I will be staying again!

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

Very cute and cozy! We’re not from a big city so I had to ask a few questions and always got a very nice and quick response! I would book again! And I loved that they had a play pin and high chair! It was so helpful with my 4 month old baby

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The house is beautiful and accommodating. Hosts were great - you can tell they care about their guests as much as they care for their property. Very clean inside and out. Didn’t even have to contend with bugs too much outside because of the bug zappers. Being right on the lake was super fun. Plenty to do. Can’t recommend enough!

Great stay! We had a company meeting and we are a remote team. This space was perfect! Great space bedroom rise, entertaining space and fantastic backyard. It was great to use the outdoor grill, lounge in the pool / hot tub and even take a stool by the lake. Tim was prompt to respond and great on communication. We will definitely be back!

Laricha was great with all sense of communication. Her AB&B was exactly in the.right location for our work needs, family hugs, and end of days relaxation. Whew! 😅 Also, her place provided nice comfort after an important job mission. Thank you, Laricha, for the nice accommodations 😊

This place was Amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of room and so much to do. The backyard space was huge! We loved every thing about here and plan to come back someday! Host was the sweetest & super responsive!

Kim was truly one of the most exceptional hosts, dedicated to crafting an unforgettable vacation experience. They go above and beyond to ensure their guests receive the ultimate getaway. The house is stunning and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We will most certainly be returning, for it was incredibly difficult to leave. A little piece of paradise that will forever be etched in our hearts.

John was very friendly and attentive. The place had some many extra things to do and was just as described. Would totally stay there again!

StayKK's Condo is a convenient location to Downtown Fort Worth in a gated community. It is a great value compared to the local hotel chains. We look forward to potentially staying again on our next trip to Ft. Worth.

The AirBnB was very nice and peaceful. Easy to get around Azle and is close to Forth Worth. Larry is helpful and a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend this place!

As per the photos. Smart modern apartment with two en-suite bedrooms and a mezzanine bedroom above the main lounge/kitchen. Good comms. Recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Enjoyed using the kitchen to cook our meals in and very cosy. Having both a washing machine/dryer in the Condo was a blessing. (This was a must for us) The beds were extremely comfortable! We were happy staying here, we felt safe in the complex. The host was very responsive with any questions that I had and recommended some great things for us to do. (We were tourists from another country) Will recommend this home to others.

we enjoyed the location, the view, the pool wasn't crowded, and the walk to Sundance square is maybe 13 min, not bad at all. I saw 2 roaches the whole stay, but being a large complex and it's Texas, that's really not the worst, they probably have great pest control. The only difficulty was the distance to park, if you have back or knee issues it can be a problem. the unit is in one of the first couple buildings and the parking available is at the very end. there's 3 spots closer but we didn't see them open the whole time. the blankets and pillows were well stocked! the Air mattress is also a nice one. plenty of closet and bathroom space!

Nice apartment. We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t realize how close it was to the freeway so we heard a lot of the noise and they didn’t have black out curtains other than that everything was great.
