Great place to go with your family! Our 4 and 7 year old had the best time of their lives! I would stay here again!

The perfect getaway. Just what we needed. We spent 8 wonderful nights in Kelly's spacious and beautifully decorated cottage. She always responded promptly to any questions we had and is a great host. The resort amenities were amazing! We loved spending our days at the pool. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our getaway to Southwest Florida. Excellent host and very friendly! We will be certain to visit again!

The place was as described in the ad, close to amenities, home was in immaculate condition and in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was close to a lot of shops and not too far from the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, my family will definitely love to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy is the pool that was next to our place was very small and no umbrella for sun protection. The 2nd pool was located in the club house that was about a mile away and that pool wasn’t very big either. Other than that the place was great. Quiet and very spacious

This place was absolutely amazing! All the kitchen accessories, bedroom amenities, and beach stuff provided was top notch. The location right on the beach provided a cool breeze even on the hot days. Sunset views and so many shells. Gulf and pool water were the perfect temperature. We used the bikes and there were plenty to choose from. Gorgeous spot all around!

Stay was great! Easy to find, enter and communicate with owner. So many things to do in the area, and everything we needed was fairly close by. Beach was very close. Loved that there were chairs and a small cooler and plenty of towels for use. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and loved having TVs in each room. Keith and Jesyka both responded to all our questions in a timely manner and were so friendly in their responses. I would definitely stay again.

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it! We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

The BEST location. 5 minute walk to downtown but was still in a peaceful area. Beach was close by too! Our host was super responsive and helpful. The condo was so clean and lovely. We LOVED it here.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Charles was a great and courageous host. Very responsive to my text messages and call. He met us at the location and made sure the home was acceptable to our needs before he left us. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!

Loved everything about this Air BnB!

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

I can't say enough about how seamless and professional our experience was with Ryan and Nicole. From the very first message to the moment we checked out, they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and committed to ensuring our stay was exceptional. Communication was prompt and helpful, with every question answered quickly and thoroughly. They went above and beyond by providing complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, and even shared dining recommendations that truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was as advertised. Lots of parking. Quiet neighborhood. Beach across the street and 2 pools. 2 restaurants in easy walking distance. Tried Doc's Beach House. They take cash only and food was mediocre. Elevator worked well. Good kitchen appliances. I was alone so there was plenty of space for me but it could accommodate 2 people easily. Host was responsive to 2 requests I made.

I stayed for a week and felt right at home, I did at first think it was a 2-bedroom apartment, it was only 1 room, but the living room had a couch/ bed and it worked just as well. the place was great it had the laundry right in front of the apartment and the parking was right Infront as well, they have a pool at a walking distance and a gym which was great. overall, it was a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was immaculate and well-equipped. The beach locker made trips to the uncrowded beach easy, and the pool and landscaping were well-maintained. It was stocked with 10+ beach towels, 5–6 chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach umbrella (the umbrella was broken, but we purchased a new one and left it, along with some extra sand toys). The kitchen had everything, including kids’ cups/utensils, making it very family-friendly. There were even small toys and games for the kids too. The master closet was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. To help future guests pack wisely: the condo has plenty of essentials, so you can pack lighter! This was the first rental that I didn't need to buy laundry soap or dishwasher soap. A few minor issues: the bathroom shower light was out, the laundry door was tricky, and the bathtub had drainage problems that resolved itself out after a couple days. Highly recommend this condo and we are looking forward to returning!

What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!
