We have been coming here for about 3 years now, it’s our all-time favorite place to escape to for some 1-1 time after a rough week! It’s a gorgeous location deep in the woods near Ocala National Forest. The property is amazing, with a big spring and lots of wooded area. If you’re into the outdoors, there’s plenty to do in the area just a short drive away. Our favorite feature is the hot tub overlooking the property. It’s so relaxing and peaceful at night! Only downside is maybe the public bathrooms/showers, as it gets very hot during the summer, but still well worth the stay. Worth the trip up from Tampa every couple months to truly unwind!

Amanda and her husband couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating with our stay. They communicated every step of the way and made sure that we had an incredible stay. I couldnt recommend the cabin, location, and hosts more.

Tonya was an excellent host. She had everything arranged for our arrival and met us at the entrance to the resort. Tonya was easily accessible by phone for questions. She was quick to respond when we needed replacement of supplies . She is a very friendly and welcoming host. The cabin was incredibly cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning !

Our family of 5 enjoyed Teddy’s place while visiting Silver Springs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen stocked and amenities perfect. We enjoyed the Sandhill Crane family that visited us each morning while having our coffee in the screened in porch. The view is lovely, canoes/kayaks/fire pit and dock an added treat. We’d definitely return.

We had such an amazing stay at ‘The Charming Little Barn’! From the moment our reservation was booked, Ms Maribel was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available to answer our questions which made us feel right at home. The barn was spotless, cozy and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. And I can’t express enough the perfect fenced yard for our fur babies. I would highly recommend Maribel's place to anyone and would love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

We had the BEST time at this adorable cabin in the middle of the forest! The space was just as described, the area was very secluded and quiet. Our dogs loved being able to roam freely in the fully fenced space. The service is very spotty but there are spots around the property I was able to get a bar or two which was helpful. So many cool amenities to explore nearby and it was nice to come "home" to a cool air conditioned home. The bathroom gets hot so we would keep the door open when in use which helps. Hope was very responsive and helpful with my questions I had before booking. Would absolutely come and stay again. Also, the front porch is an awesome spot to sit and watch the storms ☺️

My husband and I enjoyed nice and relaxing weekend. The quiet beautiful nature view was so relaxing and away from the sound of traffic and city life. Hearing nature wake up, while having a cup of coffee on the porch was amazing. The house was super clean!

This is very cool, eclectic place. Has tons of personality. All the creature comforts you need when traveling were provided. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is super cozy, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. the beds upstairs are super comfortable. the right amount of firmness. If I had to complain about anything, that would be the noise of the AC. But we those comfortable beds, it's impossible not to easily fall asleep. plenty of space to walk and really close to the WEC. it's a great place to disconnect and charge your energy. Kevin is a great host, respects your privacy but you know you can contact him at any time.

Well worth the price. Beautiful quiet place. Pool was nice to have. Very responsive and helpful since we are from out of town. Would definitely stay here again next time in town.

Last minute booking for us. Came from Ginnie springs about 2 hrs away. Booked the bnb before we left and it was ready by the time we got there. Let us check in early bc of a early arrival the next day. Nicholas was very responsive and open to help with whatever we needed. Great central location in Florida. We will be back for more visits soon!

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a great private cabin in the woods. We celebrated my daughters birthday and the kids loved the loft and fire pit. We were just minutes from lakes and swimming holes. There is plenty of fun for all! Thank you Bryan! We hope to visit again soon!!

stayed at the cabin for memorial day weekend and had the best experience! if you are looking for a clamping experience this will give you that. We were looking for a safe place to stay with lots of outdoor activities to do near by (this was perfect). with multiple springs and nature paths nearby we had an incredible experience. The dock and fire pit were nice for nights and the kitchen is perfect for what you would need! had an amazing time the most memorable weekend and will definitely be back !

The space was clean and very nice, the space was overall amazing. Everything is provided! James was responsive and made sure we were doing good and didn’t need anything! If I ever needed to go back I’d 100% stay here again!!!

A beautiful hidden gem tucked away near Blue Springs State Park. We enjoyed being on the water, listening to.the extensive record collection, viewing all the wildlife and simply relaxing on the deck and the dock. The views are amazing from the living space and it was nice to have a screened porch option for most of our meals. We can't wait to return!

We were in Gainesville for our daughters UF graduation and rates are notoriously high in Gainesville for graduation weekend. We decided to look a little bit off the beaten path and also wanted a place that our other daughter and her husband could stay with us and have their own bedroom and bathroom. Liz’s lovely house perfectly fit the bill. Not only are the surroundings so peaceful that we just wanted to spend as much time as possible looking out at the water and trees, but the house was perfectly clean, much more modern than I anticipated, and was very comfortable for sleeping. We also loved watching Liz’s dogs play in their yard next door. The drive in to Gainesville was very easy. We would not hesitate to book Liz’s house again.

The cabin is a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. What was impressive was the amount of “little things” that the cabin had when you needed it. (Spices in the kitchen, cooking supplies, blankets, etc). I was very impressed. Very quiet and worth the stay. If I came back to the area in the future, I would be looking for this cabin again for availability.

We went to snorkel at Devil's Den and stayed 2 nights at Karen's place. The cabin was beautiful and looked just like the photos. We met her goats snd chickens and horses and the property was stunning. Incredibly peaceful and felt far away from the world, yet only 10 minutes to Devil's Den. She left a great list of local restaurants and attractions. Was just lovley to drink coffee in the morning on the porch swings. We had delicious pizza at Archie's, but mostly just enjoyed the cabin and property. Highly recommend!
