Great place ! My son and I really enjoy our stay !

Marianna’s place is beautiful and peaceful. This was my first time ever visiting TN and all I can say is this place gave me the peace I needed from living and working in Chicago the last 18 months. We enjoyed the space throughly and felt that UT Vols spirit. I may dare say after staying there I might bleed orange too. This place is perfect the photos give it no Justice and the two bedrooms are idea for anyone who may have a guest stay a night or two after spending time downtown at a bar. Very short Uber ride to downtown and fairly inexpensive. An amazing experience experience and I will be back again

Leslie's place is great. Highly recommend it. We stayed here for 2 months during a work trip. She is a great host and the place is comfortable and well taken care of!

Ideally located with quick access to Northshore Dr and Morrell... and therefore Kingston Pike and I-40. Close to West Town Mall, Lakeshore Park, Concord Park... 15 minutes from UT. It is a surprisingly quiet location-- no traffic noise & neighbors are quiet as well and seemed friendly. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans/utensils/cleaning supplies. The refrigerator is a good size and works well (as do the other appliances). We enjoyed the use of a Nutribullet, toaster, coffee pot. There was a crock pot there that looked newer (other items there I'm just mentioning these.)Closet space is ample. Beds were very comfortable. Even the day bed was quite adequate. Extra pillows and sheets. Shower pressures good. Tub good, toilets good. Unit was very clean.We spent some time out on the nice back patio. I can't comment on the gym or pool as we never used them, though the did looked nice and clean.Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend.
