My sister and I had such an amazing stay at Andrea’s place! We needed a nice place to stay away from the busy city while we attended a concert at Citi Field. Andrea was very accommodating with allowing us entry after our long drive. Check in was easy with the code provided, and there is an extra lock for nighttime for extra security if wanted/needed. The suite was exactly as described. Once we arrived back at the suite we were able to settle into our accommodations with everything we needed from snacks and water, to portable fans and heaters, as well as an air purifier. The suite was in pristine condition and had everything we needed for the night. Andrea was very responsive to all of our needs, and we would gladly stay here again if in the area! Thank you, Andrea!

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

Lilia’s place is simply amazing! Conveniently located in Yonkers, NY, it’s a perfect spot for anyone visiting the area. The apartment was spotless, well-stocked with everything listed, and looked exactly like the photos. Lilia is a fantastic host—very responsive and welcoming. The space itself is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The apartment is excellent! We very much enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit again. It is spacious, well equipped with all items for all occasions, and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and convenient. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet only a 10-minute easy drive from Princeton.

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

Denia’s home felt like home. For my family and I, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. With the proximity to NYC and quietness of North Bergen, a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for everything once again.

If you need space this is your place! So much room and fully equipped! Loved that the half bathroom was downstairs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around. Beds were very comfortable.

Another peaceful stay at this property. This Airbnb has everything. Definitely a home away from home. Did I mention there’s a pool to cool off in the summer! Nature and everything you will need. Just walk with yourself and clothing. Erica

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The building has several amenities and access is very convenient. The walk to the train station is short and from this station you can travel frequently to New York City and various destinations in New Jersey and other states. What's more, the building is very close to Rutgers University. The apartment is located in a quiet area of New Brunswick and very close to restaurants and cafes. The hosts responded immediately to my questions, giving me excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool was amazing, water features on the property really gave it an amazingly peaceful feeling. House was comfortable, with newer bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend Jake, and this property!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. Our stay at Haithum’s home was great! We had 3 couples and small dog in for a wedding near by. His place was extremely clean and nicely renovated. It was very comfortable and great amaenties through out. Plenty of towels and blankets which is not usually the case at most ABnB’s. Haithum was very responsive to the 2 requests we had and took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and practically brand new. The apartment is nicely appointed, very comfortable and lacks for nothing. The location is great with very easy access to the city via public transportation: light rail metro to PATH to MTA takes ~30 minutes to World Trade Center. The view of the city is fantastic day and night. There is a tasty breakfast and lunch place with nice portions right outside the first floor entrance making your daily departure too convenient. Enjoy a 20-minute walk to Liberty State Park to see Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Largest planetarium in the western hemisphere right across the street. One could spend hours merely watching all the activity in the Upper Bay from your perch high up in New Jersey. This apartment is a great way to unlock NYC without the downsides of being right in the city, and the views of the city from the apartment are unrivaled for the price. The property owner is super responsive and very helpful.

This was a beautiful place, definitely worth it, Bobby and co host were very helpful and responsive. Very quiet and private space. Back yard was closed off and private. Will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in NY especially if staying close to bronx, queens manhattan. I’ll come back for sure

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

We enjoyed our stay in Charles place! The surroundings are quiet and the flat was very clean and looked liked the photos. Charles was very responsive everytime we would ask anything. We definitely recommend this place!

Great stay in a quiet basement apartment. Apartment had a clean bathroom and kitchen. Bedroom was separate and had a separate TV. Perfect sized for two people traveling together. Host graciously arranged an early check in and gave clear check-in/out instructions. Overall a good experience. Thanks!

Couldn’t ask for a better place in NJ to stay with my family. A very warming comfortable house with the necessary amenities. Joe was a very attentive host, fast responsive with any help we needed and flexible when checking in and out. Close to the bus and ferry. Would definitely recommend and if I come back, I would stay here again.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It is clean, well appointed and perfect for anyone seeking a space that is good for work as well as relaxation. The location is pretty quiet and decent access to main highways, which is what I was looking for. Just wish there were more interesting restaurants within walking distance but everything is less than 10 mins away by car. I highly recommend.

One word -PERFECT. This place felt exactly like home. We had everything we needed during our stay and even more than we could think of! The floors were clean, bathrooms, beds, everything is tidy. Victor was responsible and quick replying host , he was very nice and friendly! Neighborhood is lovely, we felt safe and loved walking down to our bus station to get to NYC.
