Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Forsyth County

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this beautiful little cottage/bungalow. Looking forward to our next visit in December if not before thanks to Lori always helping in anything we need. “The Carter’s”

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as advertised. Would stay again if in the area.

House was great - close to Reynolda Village - we took the kids for a walk there one morning for donuts and books! Everything was great - we have a lot of extended family in the area so excited to return to this property!

We had a wonderful time at John's house. His house is right in Old Salem, which is absolutely beautiful and feels like you have stepped into a different time period. We walked the Moravian Village of the 1700's village. There are tours available. I loved an evening stroll for a sunset in God's Acres and stopped at the Bakery for more sugar cake. John's house was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. He even gave us our first taste of Sugar Cake as a welcoming gift. We also drove into downtown and found lovely restaurants, antique/ thrift stores, and bookstores. Loved this place and hope to return. A+++

We had a wonderful trip staying here! Safe and beautiful neighborhood that is within walking distance to many great spots. Host was very communicative and house was delightful. Will definitely rebook.

Loved the home. Very clean and prepared well for guests. Lots of wildlife and woods. Very peaceful and serene. Within short driving distance to the local towns. 5-10 mins Highly recommend this property.

Such a perfect place for our family to stay during our weekend in WS! The house super comfortable, incredibly decorated, and very well located. We’re a family of 4 and the size of the house was perfect for us. Absolutely recommend!!

We were in town for a graduation at Wake Forest and this was a great location for us with just a short drive to campus, restaurants and family members. The home was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of four. The Stuart and Emma Thomas Memorial Trail is only 1 mile away with beautiful trails through peaceful rolling pastures right in the middle of the city.

Justin's property was such a good pick for our weekend getaway! The place was spotless and very quiet! We felt right at home and had a few hidden gems close by that we enjoyed. All three host were very responsive and gave us clear easy instructions. I will Glady stay here again!

I can’t say enough great things about this place and the host. Elizabeth was friendly and responsive and the place had many great amenities. Loved the outdoor space. Comfortable and peaceful. The bed was also comfortable and private with good blinds and curtains to keep out the light. The kitchen had everything we need to cook a fabulous meal.

If you want a place that is walkable to downtown (5 minutes) this is perfect for two people in a queen bed.

It was a lovely place, clean and quiet. I did not like that we didn’t have full access to everything and the front desk seemed not to know we were renting. Other than that I would highly recommend it. Place is clean, looks like pictures and close to a lot of stuff.

We felt right at home in her home. It was quiet and restful which was what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost immediately. My husband really enjoyed the squirrel outside the sliding door. I would recommend her to anyone.She is very friendly and she wants everyone to feel at home.

The cottage was cozy, neat and exactly what my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway! The space is perfectly sized for a single traveler or a couple. We had a small issue with the hot tub and Scott got back to us and solved it quickly, which we really appreciated! Overall, was so peaceful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

The place is nice, clean and private. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of stuff, you can cook fairly easily. They also have a lot of clean towels/pillows/blankets if needed. Host is very communicative, the place is great if you have a car. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone without one, you will need an uber to get anywhere. Only about a 5-7 min ride to WFU.

A lovely apartment in a quiet part of town. It was exactly as described, extremely clean and tidy with all the noted amenities. Check-in / check-out was easy, with lots of helpful notes in the apartment. Location is super convenient for the ballpark and a short 15-20 minute walk to town. Just perfect for what I needed whilst I was in Greensboro. Thanks again, Darren

Carolyn is a great host. She was extremely helpful with any of my queries during my stay. Her property is very neat and clean and lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a home away from home, this is it!!

Probably the best location in Winston. Easily walkable to many places, a cozy setup, and a well stocked place. Will definitely be returning in our future trips to Winston.

Very quiet and peaceful. Responded quick to our questions. Had everything we needed too. Also a cool little balcony to chill at!

We loved staying at Christy's place. Our son was graduating this weekend from HPU. The proximity to the school was amazing. It is also convenient to the stores and restaurants, but at the same time private and quiet. We wish we new about this four years ago! The home was clean and well equipped for all of our needs. First floor living and parking right out front was a plus. If we find ourselves in High Point in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Five stars all around! Thank you Christy!
