We had a great time at Monica’s place. A very beautiful, peaceful, and enchanting place. The garden is extremely beautiful and perfect for breakfast and enjoying the sun. The views from the 2nd garden were also breathtaking. The area is very peaceful, historic, and beautiful. The hosts were very kind and responsive too. Very recommended and the price is worth the quality!

We had a great vacation at Stephane's beautiful estate. The location and views are stunning, we had an enormous amount of space (family with three children) in the large house, on the various terraces, the huge garden and of course the infinity pool😊! All the time we were completely together. Nevertheless, Stephane was always prompt to reach by mobile phone and on hand! The welcome by Stephane was very warm, detailed and informative. The area is well suited for hiking and unwinding, but tourist attractions such as Rome or Pompeii are also easily accessible. We expected that you also encountered ants, wasps or mosquitoes in the vineyards in or around a standing house in the vineyards and was never a problem. We felt very comfortable at this property and hopefully come back soon!

I consider Erwin’s place one of the best places we have been in. He was very helpful and gave us 2 documents with instructions and recommendations The house was spotless, and the pool was amazing. The house is surrounded by a breathtaking view. On the second day, he came over and gave me the instructions in person which was Fab. I highly recommend his place.

We stayed here on the weekend and it was a very pleasant stay, beautiful house well furnished and very accurately clean in every detail. Comfortable covered parking, fantastic house location, impeccable cleanliness, very warm house, nothing is missing to spend a stay with all the comforts of a mountain home. Finally, Lavinia, the owner is very kind, precise and always active with any request. We'll definitely be back

Dream stay! The house is spacious, cozy and immersed in the tranquility of nature with a spectacular view of the mountains, perfect for relaxing. Despite the quiet, the location is strategic: close to many interesting places to visit. Noemi and his dad were very kind, always available and very flexible even with the schedules, which we really appreciated. The house was super clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back with great pleasure!

This is a wonderful property. Huge, really good quality equipment/furniture. Bedrooms really big. It’s been beautifully upgraded and with a new pool overlooking the beautiful vineyards it’s fab. Massive ping pong battles and a bit of Pool on the large table. It’s peaceful. You need to drive to local village but Catignana has a nice weekly market in a lovely old town. The local supermarket Tigre is pretty good for anything you want. The grounds are amazing. You could easily host a lively wedding here (assuming they allow it). Host was lovely.

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Rented for the "100 days at maturity" to spend some time together, we could not have made a better choice. Spectacular house, many common spaces where you can spend time together and have fun, kind and friendly owners... if there are other events of this type I would not hesitate to return with other friends. Villa Broccastella was exactly what we expected and so much more! The views, the amenities, the villa all of it were exactly what we needed for our stay. We were able to enjoy downtime or host a dinner for our family. Frank was very responsive (within minutes of an inquiry). I would highly recommend Villa Broccastella to anyone looking to enjoy the area. We would stay again without hesitation.

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We would definitely come back.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. If you are looking for a very nice, private location, with a large swimming pool, well equipped with equipment, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, home, you have come to the right place. You can hear the birds chirping all day, you can enjoy nature in the garden, a short distance from beautiful nature, walks, but also cities (including Rome, Tivoli, Rieti), etc. then you are in the right place. A downside; once you come you won't want to leave :-)

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

Super nice house with plenty of space especially outside. We traveled 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had a lot of fun. Super nice pool with a tilt. Several shopping and restaurants right nearby by car. Thank you for 5 lovely days in the house. ☀️

We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.
