Delightful Villa in hillside estate, 1 hr to Rome

Our villa is close to Tagliacozzo, a renaissance town an hour from Rome. Surrounded by woods this 18th century villa is divided into 4 homes and has large grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a modern bathroom on each floor. You can use the washing machine in the common area.

Comoda con i sui ca. 200 mq di spazio, 10 posti letto suddivisi in 3 camere e un soppalco, ampio salone A due passi dai campi da sci, raggiungibili a piedi. In estate calma, quiete, relax passeggiate nei boschi e vari sentieri segnalati per il tracking rendono la vacanza indimenticabile. Nei pressi il rifugio Viperella organizza escursioni ed eventi. Per raggiungere la casa con la macchina c'è un tratto sterrato di circa 200 MT.

Nella splendida Rocca di Cambio ed a 5 minuti dalle piste di Campo Felice, si affitta villino appena ristrutturato. Ampio salone con divano letto, caminetto, giardino recintato e terrazzo, cucina nuovissima fornita di tutto e con forno e lavastoviglie. Al piano superiore n° 2 camere da letto e bagno con lavatrice. 4/6 posti letto, garage privato al coperto. Riscaldamento a gas metano ed ovviamente grande caminetto.
