Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Forio

Check in was very flexible. We arrived late evening and Antonio was very helpful. Alfredo wrote us everyday in the morning and asked if we needed something. The apartment came with snacks ,milk, water and soda which was very nice. The apartment is very spacious ,and comes with a private and secure parking lot that is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, which is not obvious in Naples. The location is good, close to 2 metro stations. Please note one of them currently only works until 2:30 noon. Antonio and Christian helped us with recommendations and were very available. We would definitely go back.

Very lovely apartment, close to town square with lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place to stay. Train access into Napoli is only a 15 minute walk away. Very easy!

The apartment was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom worked good.

1st, Ischia! It’s amazing. Davide communicated very well and is very friendly and helpful. The rental was so cute and in a perfect location. Right on the beach, next to good food, and a short walk into town or to the Castello.

Wonderful apartment with plenty of space and great views of the lake. All amenities are within walking distance (supermarket, gelateria, old town & restaurants). Beach in about 20 minutes' walk (4 minutes by car). Free parking directly opposite the apartment. Apartment owner Guiglielmo is the owner of the Beach Brothers beach, he has good tips for restaurants & the area. We felt very comfortable - great value for money. Mille Grazie.

Great location. as described. we had some small malfunctioning devices that think they arrive at anyone's place like home, Luigi was always there and moved within the hour to bring us a solution . Excellent responsiveness. The apartment is in a former master villa, or elsewhere Churchill stayed and signs a milestone, but despite the presence of other apartments below that of Luigi and next door, once the door of the apartment there is no noise, no disturbance. The terrace with a 270 degree view of the view of Naples - from Naples to Ischia, is absolutely overlooked and facing south . No worries with the windows without curtains, Luigi has shutters for the night in the rooms that make the dark perfectly. There is a lift from the villa entrance to the entrance to the apartment . The villa is in a large park with secure access by vehicle and it seems to me to be video cameras...

Good location. Nice view to the port. Full of commidities. Easy to go. In the center of the town. Closed to all facilities and the beach. Leonardo (the owner) is very friendly and helpful for all needs. Perfect place to stay. We enjoyed.

Incredible!!!!! That's all I can say. The accommodation is beautiful, the most beautiful of all the ones I've rented before. Everything looks practically new. The owners are really nice and they respond very quickly. I give it a 6/5 😉

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The area is very close to main attractions. It was also very quiet at night, honestly the quietest place that we've stayed at any AirBnb in any city in all of Europe. Our host was kind and very responsive to any questions. The apartment was clean and very large. The apartment also felt very secure.We would certainly stay at this apartment again when we return to Napoli.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramona’s place. It’s very well located in the middle of everything and super quiet.! The apartment is recently renovated and felt like home. The rooftop has a wonderful view and is a great place to chill. Ramona was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all our queries. She recommended wonderful restaurants and always made sure we would have the best available table. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Positano! The apartment is located high above the center, which means it’s peaceful and has truly stunning views, well worth the climb. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. What really stood out was the kindness and thoughtfulness of our hosts. They helped us with our luggage down the steps, which we truly appreciated, and even gave us a bus ticket and some fresh vegetables from their garden. Such a warm and generous gesture. The only small downside was the number of mosquitoes outside in the evenings, which made it hard to fully enjoy the outdoor area. But that’s part of nature, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic stay in Positano with thoughtful hosts!

We had a wonderful stay. It was very authentic and spacious with two large bedrooms both en-suite. Gardens were particularly beautiful with lemon trees and flowers. Sun loungers also provided. It’s a 10 minute walk from main street and the town centre and close to road down to port/marina. The host was always very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay thank you.

We had such a wonderful time and it was such a beautiful view from the balcony. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The host was very helpful whenever we needed something and responded very quickly. The host also had great recommendations of restaurants and things to do which was very helpful. We loved the Beauty of the city and the architecture. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet.

In the vibrant heart of Naples, Fabrizio's place offered a peaceful escape from all the noise of the city. I stayed for a week and every day/night was relaxing, and within walking distance, I was able to find a unique place to eat every day. Also nearby grocery stores in case you're looking to spend a night in and cook.

Natalia’s place was very well appointed - washer dryer and every thing worked well and ac in every room and spacious. We had trouble getting and there was some construction around but her place is very very quiet - the patio area is very nice too. Having a parking spot was lovely and just half a block to the main restaurants and shops. Excellent place near the fancy Relais hotel and quick routes all around the island.

Modern apartment, very clean and spacious. We were in 12 divided into 5 rooms. In practice, each couple had their own room and privacy also thanks to the four spacious bathrooms in the apartment. We had a great time and Federica, although influenced, was always timely in responding to our requests. A little far from the center but very close to the metro station. In addition, there is a nice pub right below the house that makes great breakfasts and aperitifs and a comfortable pizzeria restaurant if you don't want to go back downtown for dinner. We had a great time. I recommend it especially to large groups.

Highly, extremely highly recommended. Fantastic flat in Posillipo. With a bus stop in front of the building, a pharmacy downstairs and small supermarket 100m away. Breathtaking view of the Fuorigrotta neighbourhood with Stadio Diego Maradona in the center. Nice terrace surrounding the flat. The flat is beautiful. Totally crystal clean floor, 2 big bedrooms with big beds, 2 bathrooms with great ventilation, great living room with a sofabed for 2 people. It has an amazing and fully equipped kitchen. Don’t think it twice. This is the place to be! And Ludovico is charming and always attentive!!!!

Been to Ischia plenty and this stay by far was the best one! Good walking distance from the bus stop, nice little cafe nearby, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and not far from the port. Overall Alessandra was a great responsive host! If you have the opportunity to visit Ischia, stay at this Airbnb! You won’t regret it! Safe travels! ✌🏽

Everything about the stay was great. The location was perfect—close to both ports, with convenient access to restaurants and attractions. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything what was needed for a seamless stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop with its stunning view. The host was responsive and always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this place, especially for a longer stay.
