Beachfront holiday rental in Forio

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

Amazing location, provided with lots of water and fruit on arrival, more spacious than in the photos. A really pretty terrace and overall good place to stay!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

L'alloggio e' situato in un'ottima posizione vicino al centro, facile da raggiungere in macchina. L'appartamento e' molto carino molto spazioso con delle belle terrazze dove fare colazione. Sia Maria che Nicola hanno sempre risposto alle nostre richieste cercando di soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

This was our favorite property in during our 3 week tour in Italy. Gianluigi is extremely helpful and friendly. Waited patiently for us to meet us at the property. The property was spacious and clean, and we were provided with fresh fruit, vegetables, food for dinner (homemade tomato sauce!), and eggs and bread for breakfast (plus other items). We were blown away by it all. The location is quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Myself and my family had a wonderful few days staying at villa nunzia . The host Crescenzo was extremely responsive and gave clear instructions . The hosts dad was able to collect us from the bus stop in the main square on arrival with our luggage and he was ready waiting as we got off the bus . The latter was greatly appreciated as the Villa is down a very narrow steep path , however this lends itself to the most beautiful views ! The pool and terrace were a real treat and the Villa is a 10 minute walk downhill to the local beach . Slightly longer journey back up hill but there is a bus available from the beach if you are not up to the climb back ! Both Crescenzo’s parents were available and very friendly , even brought us some freshly picked figs one day from their own tree . The wifi connection was not great from our apartment however managed to get on at the pool terrace . Ask the owner for wifi network as this was hidden so not able to find without assistance . Fantastic stay :)

la localizacion es perfecta, enfrente a la playa pubica. Giuseppe excente, nos facilito sombrilla y reposeras, siempre dispuesto a lo que necesitaramos, asimismo Eduald. nos llenaron la pileta termal para nosotros. es un lugar muy recomendable

è stata la nostra prima esperienza su Airbnb andata benissimo la casa di Roberto è in una posizione stupenda con panorama incantevole lui si è dimostrato preciso puntuale e sempre presente a soddisfare le nostre richieste

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

L’appartamento è situato a pochi passi dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi percorrendo una ripida salita (affrontata comunque quotidianamente nonostante il settimo mese di gravidanza 😊) ..fatica ripagata dalla splendida vista sul mare e dai meravigliosi colori che il panorama offre Molto apprezzato l’ ampio spazio esterno dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi su sdraio e lettini Enrico e Maria sono persone gentili, sempre presenti e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato! È sicuramente un arrivederci!

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Location and amenities! Perfect place for us, across from the beach with additional 3 pools. Our host Veronica was friendly, welcoming and responsive. I can highly recommend this place for a small family or friends. Grazie Veronica.

Ich hatte mit meiner Partnerin das Vergnügen, einige wunderbare Tage in Guiseppe's Unterkunft auf der schönen Insel Ischia zu verbringen. Schon am Fährhafen wurden wir herzlich von ihm empfangen und direkt zur Unterkunft gebracht – ein toller Service! Guiseppe war stets hilfsbereit und organisierte für uns sogar einen Motorroller, der zur Unterkunft gebracht und wieder abgeholt wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles Nötige – wer viel kocht, sollte ein eigenes Messer mitbringen. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad modern und gepflegt. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den nahen Strand, der nur eine Treppe entfernt liegt. In der Nebensaison ist man dort abends mit einem fast magischen Licht über dem Meer fast allein – einfach traumhaft. Unter der Unterkunft befindet sich eine stilvolle Bar mit angenehmer Musik, die nie störte. Vielen Dank, Guiseppe – wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen dir alles Gute!

beautiful setting. very responsive host always available and happy to arrange things like taxis, boat rentals, car hire etc. big ring binder full of local spots on arrival and they've even negotiated some deals with local restaurants. the location is beautiful with fantastic views and lots of local amenities which are very walkable. bus stop about 5 mins from the location. flat itself is spacious and nicely laid out with loads of thoughtfull little touches. big fan, will aim to stay here again when we come back to Ischia

Susanna’s place was fantastic. The apartment was in an incredible location in the center of Ischia. The apartment was very modern and clean. The patio outside was great to have breakfast in the morning. 4 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the main bus stop. The bus system is very good and I went all over the island on it. Susanna was very responsive and welcoming host and I plan on coming back next summer for a longer stay. Ischia is absolutely beautiful and enchanting! Grazie Mille!

Merveilleuse semaine en famille chez Roberto, le duplex est très frais, très propre et absolument idéalement situé, au dessus de la plus jolie place de la ville, Parfait ! 🌞👌

The place is in a picture perfect location overlooking the harbour , surrounded by local restaurants , boutiques all easy walking distance . Water taxis on hand in the harbour to take you to beaches . The little mini market surprisingly well stocked and literally just 2 minutes walk around the corner ., The buses were easy ( if a little crowded ) to get around the island and very cheap . Just a bit of an uphill walk to get to the stop in ghe heat . Taxis very expensive otherwise ! The house was very clean and homely with lots of crockery and well stocked full size kitchen etc . The fridge was stocked with starter essentials ( milk , fruit , bread water , even a bottle of wine and homemade marmalade ). The bathrooms had full size bottles of shower gel and shampoo and plenty of towels ( including beach towels ) . Washing machine very useful so didn’t need to take lots of clothes . A real home from home , well thought out for guests ( even chess and playing cards ) . Amazing kind host

Fabrizio’s place was perfect for our family of 5. The decks with ocean views were great and bedrooms and bathrooms all very well appointed. Very walkable location to local shops, beaches, and port. Host was very responsive and had nice restaurant recommendations. We had a slight ant issue that was addressed very quickly. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return to the beautiful island of Ischia!

Great place to stay, impossible to get a better view. You will not have wifi or cell signal in the garden or by the water which makes it a perfect location to disconnect! Ischia point is a 15min walk— gorgeous views the whole way. Firm thin bed, all amenities you could need are provided. So happy I chose this place to relax, Maria is a wonderful host!

We absolutely loved staying at Vanessa's place. It's location is second to none and the view from the rooftop was perfection. We'd love to stay there again if we make it back to the island!
