Holiday rentals with a patio in Forest City

I visited Lorena's place for an extended stay while on a business trip recently and it was extremely helpful to have a place that was a home away from home while I stayed for the three month stretch that I did. This location is in a great community that is quiet and everyone is friendly. The back porch was my "go to" after a long day and was quiet and relaxing. I travel a lot for work and vacation, this was one of my favorite stays excluding the fact that it was for business. If I had questions I had quick, friendly, and supportive assistance from the host and owners. I am defiantly saving this Listing in my favorites and I know that I will be back in the future. Thank you for the great stay and provided comfort!

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

This location, condo, and amenities were great. Glorious was a wonderful host. I would recommend and would rent again!

My fiance and I stayed at Ahladins apartment for two nights and had a great experience, host was super kind and checked in on us multiple times with welcome snacks and water. Apartment was surprisingly larger than we thought it would be and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend this stay

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

This place was an absolute delight to stay in. The bed was nice, plenty of sitting space. The Bathroom was well maintained as well. We were unable to use the hammock as it was dirty and had a few rips, but outside of that, the outside area was super cute. Definitely nice for a little couples getaway. There are a bunch of amazing places to eat in the area as well. 100% recommended.

We can’t say enough good things about Aline’s place! Great place for a family gathering and to disconnect from your worries. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Toddler, parents, grandparents and pets all had room to spread out without feeling crowded. The backyard and pool area is truly something special. Great views and gorgeous palm trees and landscaping really make you feel like you have your own private oasis. The dogs LOVED the outdoor space and our toddler spent all day in the pool. So did the adults for that matter! Aline was very accommodating and offered to help us with recommendations for things to do. Easily the most comfortable air bnb that we’ve ever stayed in. I had such a great stay here! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The house was spotless and exactly like the photos no surprises, just comfort. Kim was fantastic super responsive, which made the whole experience even better. One of my favorite parts was the peaceful backyard. It was the perfect place to unwind. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for such a lovely experience

We all enjoyed our stay. The house was very well maintained, clean & we appreciated the extra supplies in the house. The host was very responsive, helpful & friendly! The location was great, just minutes from I4. Would recommend to everyone!

In town for a baseball tournament. Location to the fields was great — less than a 10 minute drive! Everything was clean. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the field. We appreciated the grill and used it to make some hamburgers and hot dogs. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again if we need to be in the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Absolutely loved the place! It’s at a great location. Was able to get to Sea World, Walmart and other nearby restaurants within single digit lyft rides which is amazing! The unit was beautifully arranged and filled with thoughtful amenities! The lake beside is simply a bonus! Host was super responsive and friendly!

Apartamento espaçoso e com localização privilegiada, pois fica num ponto a média distância dos parques e Kyle é uma pessoa muito atenciosa que responde prontamente quando você precisa. Acho necessário esclarecer aqui que não está incluso na diária serviços de arrumação, troca de roupas e limpeza do apartamento. Para quem vai ficar poucos dias não faz diferença, mas no meu caso que alugou por 11 dias, sim. Mas isso é um detalhe que não diminui a excelência do apartamento.
