The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew and Falon's place! We were in town for a four-day swim meet and are so glad we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The home is conveniently located near the aquatic center, Five Points, and more. It's a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—we'll definitely stay again!

This location was absolutely fantastic! The host, kanisha, was so welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond to my messages. The rooms was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect minutes from ft Jackson – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this listing!"
