This cool urban Loft studio is fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom, and internal washing machine. This area is full of arts creatives. Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. . Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. My partner and I live next door. Th complex is a delightful community.
