Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Seafront Apartment

The apartment is located on the top floor and is a two-level beachfront property equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, a 40" TV in the living room and a 43" TV in the bedroom, the furnishings are new, the kitchen is complete with all the dishes, oven and fridge, and the sheets are provided in the accommodation. There is also a terrace with a sea view. There is free parking along the entire promenade. The A14 toll booth is about 1.5 km away, the train station is about 1 km away, and Ancona airport is about 30 km away.

The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests.
