I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thank you Chiara for helping to make our little holiday special!! Sabina's place is spectacular with ocean views from every room. It's a truly peaceful retreat. We didn't want to leave!

Feeling at home. Well-kept environments in every detail, disposable accessories and excellent house cleaning. Our one-year-old baby enjoyed the comfortable cradle provided by Ms Paola at no extra cost. 5 stars to Ms Paola for how she receives her guests.

The apartment is managed by Roberto's father, Mauro, who is very kind and helpful in everything. The apartment is perfect, 5 minutes from the waterfront and close to services. The garden is the perfect corner to relax and enjoy some peace.

Domenico's place is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We didn't miss anything, the amenities were fabulous, and the pool is super nicely laid out. For us as a family with baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together by the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

Well, I wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of just 5, because our stay at Le Cana far exceeded every expectation. From the incredible scenery to the first-class and well-appointed apartments to the generous wine-tasting and antipasti, everything hit the perfect note for our family of four. Paola and Luca are the consummate hosts, warm and engaging people who went out of their way to ensure that our experience would be unforgettable. And they succeeded more than they know, not just because of their help making dinner reservations at an excellent local agriturismo or their recommendations for running paths and local towns to visit, but because they truly seem to love what they do and it shows in the relationships they build with the people who are fortunate enough to stay. We hope and expect to return one day soon with our friends, so they can share in the magical experience. We could not recommend this place more -- A plus plus. Grazie mille Paola e Luca!!!! =

We recommend this accommodation to everyone: the friendliness of Nausicaa and the impeccable house in an enchanting and very quiet location made our stay very pleasant. We will carry this short vacation in our hearts and hope to be able to return

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

Super nice little flat with lovely outside space. A stone throw away from the beach. Just perfect. The place was squeaky clean. Fransceco and Elisa were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on best places to go to. Highly recommended :)

Beautiful apartment with terrace overlooking the sea. A little far from amenities if you don't have a car, but there is a way to walk to a bus or train. Benedetta was a very good host: responds quickly and recommended restaurants nearby.

Exceptional experience. Wonderful host. House a bomboniera.infissi for soundproofing, laundry area and garage for beach games and bikes. Everything perfect. Apartment 3 minutes from the sea. All amenities on the doorstep. Practically in the centre. Apartment with all the comforts and super clean, cosy. An experience to be repeated.

Elisabetta and Riccardo are the loveliest people, they were really taking good care of us. The view from the pool is phenomenal and we enjoyed our time. With our bikes we took excursions to Sirolo and Ancona, must see places. Would love to come again.

Niki is a really friendly person available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella to go to the beach! A nice, well-kept garden. Strategic location a stone's throw from all services and the historic centre. The garage of extreme comfort! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! Thanks Niki for everything!

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Wonderful stay in a perfect place to stay! My stay at Lorenza's was just amazing! The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Also the location of the property is ideal as it is close to the beach yet is quiet and relaxing. Lorenza was always kind and helpful. Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, equipped with every comfort, beautiful terrace!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.
