Martini Time is a modern 90m2 loft located on the top floor of a 13th century building (without lift), located on the ancient walls of Castello district, the highest and most noble part of the city. The terrace offers an incredible view of Cagliari and is equipped for outdoor living. 70 meters away is an elevator that takes you to the car park and the rest of town. The beach is a few minutes away. A unique and unrepeatable place, equipped with all comforts in the most exclusive part of the city.

The barrier-free "Appartamento Nuraghe" is wheelchair accessible and located in the village of Gonnesa, in southwest Sardinia, just a short drive from the white sandy coast. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a garden and terrace. The 65 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
