Our house at the foot of the Modena Apennines is inside an old village, a former paternal residence from which it takes its name "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is spread over 2 levels with a floor area of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a kitchen. Going up the stairs we find a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, plus terrace overlooking both sides of the Apennines.

My house is situated in the historic centre of Minerbio , opposite the old Isolani castle, only 30 minutes far from Bologna ; the bus stop (93) is in front of the house. The bus arrives downtown, near the exhibition and at the railwaystation of Bologna. Peaceful, new and comfortable; cool in summer. The main shops, cafeterias and restaurants are under the arcade, just nearby. You'll also like staying here thanks to the small back garden.
