Beach house holiday rentals in Fondi

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Edificio in perfette condizioni e dallo stile caratteristico, molto pulito, a poca distanza dal mare anche se il luogo non è molto adatto ai pedoni perché i marciapiedi sono piccoli e mal tenuti. Accoglienza perfetta. Unica (piccola) pecca: il segnale wi-fi è debole nel giardino.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Komfort. Umgeben von einem idyllischen Pinienwald, verfügt es über einen großen Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Der nahegelegene, flach abfallende Strand ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern und bietet zahlreiche Sportmöglichkeiten wie Kitesurfen und Windsurfen. Gut ausgestattete Lido’s sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort am Strand. Das geräumige Haus überzeugt mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung, schnellem Internet und einem hohen Maß an Sicherheit. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief sehr angenehm und schnell – sie war stets hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Umgebung und die entspannte Atmosphäre machen es zu einem idealen Rückzugsort für Familien, die Erholung und Spaß suchen.

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Vi hadde noen veldig fine dager hos Christian. Han vet ikke hva godt han kan gjøre for at vi som gjester skal ha det bra, og kommer med gode forslag til restauranter og ting å både se og gjøre. Svarer også umiddelbart på meldinger. Stranden var i gangavstand, og for en strand, helt fantastisk! Leiligheten er også veldig fin, moderne og godt utstyrt og med fine, private uteplasser. Leiligheten ligger et stykke utenfor sentrum, så det kan være greit å ha bil.

Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We have recently returned from a fantastic week at the property in Anzio. The house was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed including access to the pool. It allowed us to take some time out from visiting Rome to enjoy a few quieter days during our stay to rest and relax. The property was clean and well equipped and communication throughout was very good. A big thank you goes out to Hans for allowing guests to stay at the wonderful house and to Valeria for being so welcoming on our arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

En avslappende oase i Nettuno – anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Nettuno, Italia, og dette stedet er virkelig en perle for de som søker en avslappende ferie. Omgivelsene var utrolig vakre, og det store, nydelige bassenget var et midtpunkt for mange fine dager. Vår vert, Sarah, var utrolig hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Hun var alltid tilgjengelig og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte. En ekstra bonus var den nydelige huskatt som kom på daglige besøk – et kjærkomment innslag! Et lite minus var beliggenheten. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en leiebil, da veien til butikker, restauranter og selve tettstedet var litt risikabel å gå på uten fortau, og med biler som kjørte fort. Uber var heller ikke tilgjengelig, men heldigvis var lokalbefolkningen utrolig hjelpsomme med å ordne transport for oss. Til tross for dette, vil vi på det sterkeste anbefale dette stedet til alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie i rolige omgivelser.

We had a great stay. We worked remotely for a few days. The WiFi and the roof terrace were perfect for that. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach. Constantino was flexible in arrival and departure and communicated clearly in English.

Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione, ordinato e pulito completo di ogni servizio necessario. Ottimo per due persone. Posizione centrale e comoda per visitare la città a piedi. Molto buono anche il ristorante consigliato dall'host. Torneremo senz'altro.

I've spend my holidays at Emanuele,'s house and it was wonderful. Super close to the sea, big living room, very nice outside terrace which was ideal to spend nice evenings. AC in the sleeping rooms very handy. The host is extremely easy to reach out, very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you Emanuele for this nice holidays!

Wir schätzten die ruhige und private Lage, das vollständig umzäunte Grundstück sehr, was nicht zuletzt auch für unseren Hund perfekt war, da er sich frei bewegen konnte; aber auch für uns, wenn wir uns im Garten aufhielten. Michele und Giada sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen und sich auch um Organisatorisches kümmern, Kontakte zu Dienstleistern herstellen etc. Es gab wirklich keinerlei „Überraschungen“ und war alles so wie beschrieben und erwartet. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl und „heimisch“ gefühlt. Gastgeber und Haus sind absolut empfehlenswert! :-) Zur Lage: Der Strand mit weißem Sandstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu bedenken ist, dass mit „hundefreundlichem Strand“ in Italien häufig - so wie hier auch - gemeint ist, dass Hunde nur angeleint an den Strand dürfen; in der Zeit von 7-19.30 Uhr nicht aber ins Wasser. Nächster Strandabschnitt für Hundefreunde ist „Sabaudia“ 36 km / 30 min. entfernt. Gut organisiert und sauber!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit tollen Vögelkonzerten. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Leckere Pizza und Backwaren in großer Auswahl. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir waren auch zweimal im Nachbarort in der Altstadt und im Tempel. Die Luft ist im Herbst sehr feucht, riecht super, lockt aber Mücken an. Daher haben wir uns vor Ort noch Soventol besorgt. Gerne immer wieder diesen schönen Ort besuchen.

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

Wir haben die Aussicht von der wunderbaren Terrasse über das Meer sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet gut Platz für sieben Leute und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es ist ruhig obschon gleich hinter dem Haus das historische Städtchen beginnt. Ein eigenes Auto ist von Vorteil. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung und herzhafte Begrüssung.

Excelente acomodação muito perto da praia e condominio privado. A cidade é linda e os anfitrioes são muito gentis. Eu e minha familia curtimos muito.
