Beach house holiday rentals in Fondi

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

Building in perfect condition and with a characteristic style, very clean, a short distance from the sea although the place is not very suitable for pedestrians because the sidewalks are small and poorly maintained. Perfect welcome. Only (small) flaw: the wi-fi signal is weak in the garden.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Davide was very friendly and attentive at all times, the apartment was pristine and modern, the only thing that would be appreciated would be a microwave. Everything else is perfect and the apartment is located near the station and a few minutes from the beach. I would repeat the stay.

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We have recently returned from a fantastic week at the property in Anzio. The house was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed including access to the pool. It allowed us to take some time out from visiting Rome to enjoy a few quieter days during our stay to rest and relax. The property was clean and well equipped and communication throughout was very good. A big thank you goes out to Hans for allowing guests to stay at the wonderful house and to Valeria for being so welcoming on our arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

I've spend my holidays at Emanuele,'s house and it was wonderful. Super close to the sea, big living room, very nice outside terrace which was ideal to spend nice evenings. AC in the sleeping rooms very handy. The host is extremely easy to reach out, very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you Emanuele for this nice holidays!

We had a great stay at the holiday home of Michele. It was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the garden is lovely and you walk only 5min to the beautiful beach. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would like to come back. A tiny disadvantage was that there is a camping area close by, which organized a party with loud music in the night. But in general we recommend staying here! Thanks again!

Professional host, friendly and helpful. The house is a short walk from the sea. Great experience for those who want to experience a moment of relaxation.

We had a very nice time with great bird concerts. Everything is easily accessible. Delicious pizza and baked goods in a wide selection. The whole neighborhood is quite beautiful. We were also twice in the neighboring village in the old town and in the temple. The air is very humid in autumn, smells great, but attracts mosquitoes. That's why we got Soventol on site. Always happy to visit this beautiful place.

Serena was great, very accommodating when our flight was delayed, checking on us via Whats App and entertained our appalling lack of Italian with recommendations for eating when we eventually managed to arrive. The apartment offered us everything we needed for our short stay. Its an ideal walkable distance to the shops and restaurants in the area and Formia is a beautiful spot to stay for a while.

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

We spent 6 weeks at Anna Maria's. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was spacious, clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the "tools" needed to bake and cook! As a person who likes the cook, this was very important. The outside space was beautiful. Gorgeous flowering plants and several areas to sit and enjoy the lovely Formia weather. Anna Maria was the most gracious host and always available to help with our questions. She not only helped with restaurant suggestions she even made the reservations for us! We don't speak Italian. We highly recommend this property!
