Refurbished apartment in September 2018, in an exceptional second empire building, and in a large park. Garden tables and chairs available. This building includes two cottages, each with independent entrance, located on the first floor of the north and south wings. (see ratings on the other listing, a little older) The location is close to Tours, but in the countryside, ideal for visiting the castles, 3 minutes from the Golf de Touraine. The apartment is quiet and clear.

Warm 100 m2 house with three bedrooms in a living room, open plan kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very good location 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away close to all amenities. I live there half of the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. You will not miss anything and if so I will be there to guide you. Ideal for visiting the Castles of the Loire.
