Fantastic stay a Catherine’s. House is spacious and comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. Great location. Easily walkable to Main St. with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy walk to the train to downtown Philly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car, but we always managed to find a spot within walking distance. Our family had a great time here. Would definitely book it again!

This is my third time at Jesse's place and definitely not the last. The location is perfect, close to everything Philly has to offer. The space is perfect for reaxing after a long day wandering the old city and there are plenty of great places to have a drink and a bite to eat. The room is clean, quiet, private and comfortable and Jesse is a great host. I can't recommend it enough.

I loved my stay, I felt very comfortable and at home. Skeitha ensured that all of our needs were met, she was an excellent host. I honestly have no complaints, everything was perfect. Next time I’m in the Philly area I will definitely book again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. A few small spots could have been cleaned a bit more and the price was a bit steep compared to similar locations, but ultimately happy we chose to stay here and the size of the home was perfect for what we needed.

I enjoyed very much Jerry Luke house / duplex . Although only went to sleep mostly it was very peaceful . Definitely recommend this house if anyone wants comfort and peace and accessible to the historic district . Fell very blessed to have a 3 day stay in someone else’s house that felt like my own . Beautiful 1 Bedroom in the Heart of Chestnut Hill

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

We had an incredible time at Jodie’s beautiful cottage! Jodie made check in very easy and the cottage was the perfect size for the three of us. She has it decorated so sweetly and thoughtfully. The surrounding landscape is stunning, we enjoyed walking around and saying hello to the chickens! We were in the area to visit longwood gardens and it was a quick scenic drive over there. Highly recommend the cottage to anyone!

Conveniently Located - New Luxury Townhome

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Richard’s place was perfect for our group’s stay in Wilmington. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. The neighborhood is nice and walking distance to a few restaurants and the park/library. Our 5 year old loved the secret room as well!

Hidden Gem near Temple and Met

We stayed at Glady's place to see a concert at the Met, and it was perfect! The location right across the street from the Met made our attendance at the concert so easy and stress-free. We got a delicious sushi dinner right around the corner, and in the morning walked the short walk to Starbucks for our morning coffee. Gladys was so helpful and responded right away to all of my inquiries.

Jess & Jess's place was amazing. She made sure we had everything we talked about. The home was absolutely beautiful, towels were fluffy & soft, beds were comfy & there is plenty of room. There are about 8 steps to go up to the house & a few at the door. We enjoyed watching the wildlife. i would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the best of Philly without any hassle. The property itself was comfortable and welcoming, truly adding to the experience. When I come back to Philly, there’s no question, I’ll be staying there again. Highly recommend it!
