Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

Alloggio perfetto con tutto il necessario per cucinare Anche la posizione è ottima, situato in un paesino tranquillo a 20 minuti di auto da La Spezia, pizzeria e panificio a due passi da casa. Elisa è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda, lo consiglio vivamente!

Die Wohnung hat sehr viel Charme. Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt. Es ist perfekt für eine Familie mit Kinder und Hund. Das Haus ist in einen Ruhiger Dorf wo es nach Blumen duftet. In die Wohnung ist alles was man braucht der Gastgeber hat uns mit kalte Getränke und essen in Kühlschrank gewartet. Das was einfach toll. In die Küche gibt alles was man braucht die Terrasse ist wunderbar. Parkplatz in die Nähe kostenlos. Danke das wir Ihre Gäste dürften sein.

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

Il soggiorno in questa casetta è stato piacevole e tranquillo, sia grazie alla posizione dell'alloggio, in una zona tra collina e montagna molto silenziosa e piena di verde, sia grazie alla presenza di Dayana, organizzatissima, discreta, impeccabile! Ci si sposta facilente e si raggiungono le 5 terre sia con i mezzi che con la macchina. Alloggio fornito di tutto il necessario e accessori scelti con cura dall'host, con occhio sempre rivolto al gusto estetico e al green. Accoglienza impeccabile di persona e gentilmente offerti acqua, caffè e dolcetti per la colazione. Pulizia eccellente. Consiglio vivamente e spero di tornare in questo posto speciale!
