You will have a laundry room with washing machine as well as a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge freezer... Guests can also enjoy its small sunny loggia. Easy access by car (parking at the foot of the residence). Historic center and shops within walking distance.
