Coup de coeur assuré pour cette petite maison de village renovée avec goût dans ce petit village dynamique d'Ariège. La maison est proche de toutes les commodités, accès gare 15mn à pieds, boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie, piscine municipale, aire de jeux, médiathèque, ludothèque etc.. La maison est très bien équipée au calme avec une petite arrière cour dont l aménagement vous séduira à coup sûr. Transformée en un petit Ryad marocain, vous vous laisserez aller à un cadre dépaysant et apaisant

Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Apartment located on the 2nd floor of an old townhouse, just 2 steps from Place des Couverts and the historic center. All shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket and a gas station equipped with a laundromat are located 500 m from the accommodation. The start of the Voie Verte (former railway converted into a cycle path) is also located 500 m away). The apartment has just been recently renovated and is located on a quiet street.

In a small green setting, close to amenities, you will find a private house with a warm and cocooning atmosphere, carefully decorated. You will find all the essentials for a pleasant stay. (See amenities). The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with double bed, a living room with fitted kitchen and a parking space. Outside you will enjoy your two small terraces and landscaped areas, where it is good to live and relax.

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
