This is a comfortable space with 43” TV, Fast WiFi for gaming and working. Private bathroom inside the room (inside your own private space exclusively for guest use), great natural light and view. Mini Fridge/Microwave/AC cool/heat are included inside the room. 🚗 We are 35 mins drive away from JFK and 11mins from LGA. US open is 12 mins drive away. 🚌 Bus station Q65 and Q25 are 5 mins walk away. 🚇 We are 13-minute bus ride away from the Flushing Main Street 7 Train main subway station.

Please note this listing is for FEMALE GUESTS ONLY (no couples). Beautiful bedroom in a quiet house is ideal for some retreat time away or as a safe base from where to visit the city. The house is 20 minutes from Manhattan with the LIRR (and 10 minutes by bus from the LIRR) and is situated between Chinese and Jewish neighborhoods, a five minute walk from the bus, supermarkets, restaurants, and Flushing Meadows park. The space will be shared with myself and my roommate.

A modern-decorated room that features brand new functional facilities. The house is close to two metro transportations to the center of Manhattan. (The Long Island Railroad and the MTA subway). A few blocks away from Main Street downtown Flushing. A great place for people who love to explore authentic Chinese cuisine. The place is also nearby two airports (LGA and JFK) . The place is also within the walking distance to City Field. (The US OPEN and various concerts)

Our cozy home is located on near Flushing Northern Boulevard. And this large single room located on the second floor. There are Q12 and Q13 buses at the corner . It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the train station (LIRR station), 25 minutes to take the train to Manhattan, and 3 minutes to walk to the main block of North Boulevard. There are local delicacies, supermarkets, banks, laundry, shops, and convenient for everything within minutes.

It’s my second stay at Charlie’s. Charlie is a great host, always responsive, accommodating and willing to help. The room is cozy, large and full of natural light. The walkout balcony was an excellent addition. I will definitely book again as I frequently travel to NY.

Yanna was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to our questions (and we had a LOT!). She even went out of her way to drop off extra towels for us which was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is very calm and homey which is incredible to come back to after a long day in the city. I’d absolutely recommend Yanna’s place to anyone visiting New York.
