Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Floridia

Emilia was very kind and easy to communicate with. She was on top of all necessary information and offered a spacious and clean apartment for us to enjoy Ortigia. It is on a main street that is very loud for most of the night, which I wish I knew, as it made it hard to sleep.

The apartment was great! Exactly as advertised. It is easily accessible from the train station via taxi (10 minutes) or by walking (20minutes). There is a cab stand right outside by the Theatre of Apollo. The apartment is huge, and while you can hear all of the music and lively crowd in the evening from the living room, the bedrooms are pretty quiet. Earplugs are provided in case you need them as well, but we didn't. It is worth noting that one bedroom and bathroom are up a very narrow spiral staircase. Unless you have a small overnight bag, it is a bit awkward. I just left my suitcase (25 inch) at the bottom and grabbed what I needed to bring up or down each day. It didn't bother me to do this as it was right by the laundry room but it is worth mentioning for those that like to unpack or are in and out of their suitcase constantly. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as it was well suited to our needs.

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter la côte est de la Sicile, à proximité de l’aéroport. L’endroit est calme et accueillant. L’arrivée même tardive s’est très bien déroulée. Je recommande ce lieu.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour de deux mois dans cet appartement idéalement situé en Sicile. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur l'Etna et se trouve à quelques pas seulement du bord de mer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite dès le début : réactivité, disponibilité et gentillesse ont rendu l'expérience très agréable. Pour un séjour prolongé, les équipements sont impeccables, notamment la présence d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge, très pratiques au quotidien. Le logement dispose également d'un grand écran TV dans le salon, ainsi qu'une télévision supplémentaire dans la chambre, pour un confort optimal. Enfin, le parking privé sécurisé est un vrai plus, permettant de garer la voiture en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour sa qualité, son emplacement privilégié et l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Merci pour cette belle expérience en Sicile !

Lorenzo è un Host molto disponibile e gentile. Ci ha accolto con gentilezza e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento curato nei dettagli offre tutto il necessario. Consigliato! Se dovessimo tornare a Siracusa sarà il nostro punto di riferimento!

The best accommodation of our trip. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extras that others don’t provide. Maria was a very good host who helped us with restaurants, time tables even carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall I was very impressed.

Elio & Fausta’s apartment is absolutely stunning, the pictures really do not convey how wonderful this property is. From the moment that Elio opened the front door to us, we felt warmly welcomed into his family’s home. Fausta was waiting for us with water and some great information regarding our stay and many recommendations for Ortigia and beyond. Their passion for literature, illustration and typewriters envelops you… it’s all around, but not over-imposing. We took time to visit the library a couple of times, and it is truly captivating. The Royal apartment and its private terrace is stunning and benefits from beautiful sunsets and sea views on 3 sides of the terrace! Fausta responded almost immediately to any questions that we had. The history of this beautiful, perfectly situated building has been brought to life by Fausta and Elio… be sure to ask Elio about the family photo’s in the hallway. We highly recommend this property, and we WILL definitely return!

Nous avons séjourné en famille chez Antonio, l’appartement est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement situé entre Ortigia et les sites historiques de Siracuse, la gare est également accessible à pied et permet de visiter facilement les environs. Antonio a été très réactif et nous a aidé à commander un taxi par deux fois. Nous avons également suivi ses instructions de restaurants ! Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à OrtigiaSuites !

Die Wohnung war noch schöner als auf den Fotos : die Lage im unteren Teil der Altstadt von Ragusa Superiore inmitten von verschachtelten Häusern mit dem wundervollen Blick auf das atemberaubende Ragusa Ibla , nicht nur von der Terrasse aus , sondern auch von 3 Fenstern der unteren Etage aus. Das raffinierte Design von Fliesen und vieler anderer Details machen die Wohnung zu einem Musterbeispiel für meisterhafte , ideenreiche Altbaurenovierung. Ilenia war sehr hilfreich und gab uns viele Tipps. Obwohl ein Bus um die Ecke hält, ist für die Besichtigung von beiden Ragusas Fitness fürs Treppensteigen ratsam. Grazie mille

Villa Sorelle was a wonderful stay! It does not have close neighbors, so was peaceful and private, but also is only a short drive into Pozzallo which is a lovely sea front town. The pictures accurately show it, nicely updated, clean, and with nice pillows and cushions throughout. The host also arranged a lovely crib and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant stay at Alberto's place. The appartment was very spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Alberto was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. The location is great with good restaurants, bars and cafes just a few minutes walk away. The cannoli that Alberto left for us was delicious and worth the trip just for that. Overall an amazing place to stay in a beautiful old town with a great host.

Bellissimo appartamento arredato con gusto e con cura dei dettagli. Dotato di ogni accessorio per rendere il soggiorno molto confortevole. Corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione è molto ben curato e pulito. Si trova in posizione tranquilla ma non lontano da bar e ristoranti raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. Giuseppe è stato un host fantastico e premuroso, sempre reattivo e pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda o esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato nel suo appartamento per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Da consigliare!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la propriété d'Antonino et Morena, d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Au bout d'un chemin privé fleuri, dans la si belle campagne sicilienne, vous trouverez le porche d'une superbe maison de pierre, sur une cour de masseria immense et très privative. La maison est pleine de charme, dotée de tout le confort moderne, très bien aménagée, et dotée d'une splendide terrasse avec vue sur mer, et d'un jardin ombragé. L'éclairage, le soir, ajoute une touche très romantique à l'ensemble. Quel beau lieu, avec une âme et une poésie très touchante. Morena nous a réservé de multiples délicates attentions et... nous planifions déjà notre prochain séjour ❤️.

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

Sehr schöne wohnung in einem super Zustand. Wie auf den Bildern. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer fanden wir super da wir als pärchen privatsfähre hatten. Gastgebering super nett und hilfsbereit. Zu verbessern: Ich würde in neue Matratzen investieren, sind viel zu weich man versinkt im Bett. Zusätzlich würde ich noch jeweils weiche schlafkissen zur Verfügung stellen, die waren steinhart. Ansonsten alles perfekt und ich kann es empfehlen.

Great condo in a historic building with original flooring. It was clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay in Ragusa. Valeria and Federico were really helpful - they provided us with recommendations, helped with parking etc. This place is about 30 min walk to Ragusa Ibla and accessible to other attractions in the area.

Elisabetta and her husband Licio were lovely! They picked us up at the bus station in their car and after showing us the apartment, walked us a little bit around the neighborhood! Elisabetta offered to help anytime if we needed it. Licio came to greet us at check out and walked with us to the bus stop so we wouldn’t make a wrong turn and miss it. Lovely!

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

A lovely space in a really perfect location to walk into the Main Street in a minute. The local paticery was delightful and there was free parking out the front of the doors. Excellent

an incredible apartment in the centre of Syracuse. walking distance to all of the historical sights, and the most incredibly clean and well looked after place! we met Barbara after amazing communication in the days leading up to us arriving in Syracuse, and she gave us brilliant recommendations for places to eat near the apartment. we both slept like babies as the bed is so comfortable! thank you to Barbara for hosting us, we will be back!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento Turchese. Pulito, tutto nuovo, super accessoriato, silenzioso e vicinissimo ad un mare caraibico. Tutto perfetto grazie soprattutto a Salvatore e alla moglie che ci hanno coccolato e aiutato per ogni nostra necessità! Ci siamo sentiti a casa! Grazie e alla prossima!
