We created modern space(100sqm) located in a semi-central zone(15 minutes walk from the center) Built with a clean, modern European design and high-end finishes, with 1 Living room, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms suitable for four people. The whole floor has AC, the bathroom comes with shower gel, shampoo and hairconditioner. We are so happy to share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat to reconnect with family and friends, but please note that this is not a party rental.

There is also a built-in kitchenette fully supplied with cutlery, pots, pans, a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a bus station just 5 minutes away that can connect you to the city centre, airport and train station

The apartment is located inside a quiet courtyard, very close to the City Center. It was designed in an industrial-scandinavian style, with the sleeping place being located on the mezzanine-floor, which you can access by climbing on a ladder. As a sleeping amenity you'll have a comfortable mattress. The apartment also has a kitchenette with espresso machine and a microwave to prepare and heat your food :) Nearby you will find lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee houses.

Ofer un apartament confortabil, mobilat minimalist, intr-o zona linistita, usor accesibila, aproape de mijloace de transprt in comun, la o plimbare cu tramvaiul de 5-7 minute de centru. Ideala cuplurilor sau familiilor cu maxim 2 copii. Blocul este situat intr-o curte privata, fara acces auto direct, ideal pentru relaxare. In zona se gasesc locuri de parcare publice. La capătul străzii găsiți un mic supermarket, iar în apropiere sunt 2 parcuri de curând amenajate foarte frumoase.

Located in a beautiful 19th century building, the apartment has a spectacular architecture, with high, vaulted ceilings. It has a living room, 2 separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and a large terrace which opens to the garden, where you can have your morning coffee :) We have available only 1 parking place in our internal courtyard, and is free. Most of the city attractions are very close by, so it is a perfect base to explore the city :)
