Apartament modern cu un dormitor situat in Florești, la 8 km de Cluj-Napoca și 4 km de Vivo Mall. Statia de autobuz este la 5 minute de mers pe jos ( M26,M21,M22 etc.). Apartamentul cuprinde un dormitor cu pat matrimonial, baie cu duș, living cu canapea extensibilă, TV,o bucătărie complet utilată ( cu cuptor, aparat de cafea și mașină de spălat rufe ) și un balcon însorit.
