Holiday rentals with a patio in Florești

Second time we choose Florin's place and we always feel like home. All clean&tidy, comfy and close to shops, lake & sports base. Totally recommending this one!

The place is great, roomy and with a great view. It had all the needed amenities. Also, it was close to various restaurants or even the mall. I really enjoyed my stay and I recommend this place to everyone.

Apartamentul este excelent, modern, cu aer luxury, dar cozy in acelasi timp. Ne-am simtit efectiv ca acasa. Gazda este receptiva fara repros, oferind solutii imediate. Locuinta se incalzeste mai greu daca este prima zi, dar odata atinsa temperatura dorita, se va mentine minunat caldura in casa fara probleme pe tot parcursul sederii. Curat, ordonat, toate utilitatile asigurate. Recomand cu incredere!

Séjour parfait ! L’appartement est très propre, bien décoré, et a tout ce qu’on peut attendre d’un Airbnb voir plus, café, thé, biscuits et petite bouteille de vin offerte, tous les produits de douche possible et imaginable, divers chargeurs téléphone à disposition. Vraiment parfait n’hésitez pas ! Encore merci

What a fantastic apartment! Brand new, squeaky clean, very well thought through. You only think “I wish it would have…” and it has it! Modern decor, every electrical device you could think of. For me personally the breaking point was electric socket on the balcony - I have never had it anywhere else. Quiet surroundings and less than 10 minutes walk to the centre. Private underground parking is definitely a bonus. Nice touch was the bottle of water and bottle of wine in the fridge. And cupboard full of condiments so you don’t need to buy them. We were very sad leaving it after spending three nights there and I could definitely live there long term if I could work remotely. Perfect stay and very friendly and responsive host.

Je recommande entièrement le logement de Vlad, il est situé dans le centre ville de Cluj-Napoca, à 10 min à pied de l’avenue principale et des transports en commun. Il y a meme une épicerie a 3 min à pied du logement. L’appartement est situé dans une cour calme avec un petit jardin, il correspond parfaitement aux photos. Il y a tout les équipements essentiels (serviettes de douche, gel douche etc…) Je recommande entièrement le logement de Vlad pour un séjour à Cluj-Napoca.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le logement est conforme au descriptif et aux photos, il est très bien situé dans le centre ville, tout est accessible à pieds. Toutefois, si vous êtes sensible au bruit de la ville, pensez à vous munir de bouchon d'oreilles pour la nuit. Cluj Napoca est une magnifique ville qui vit ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !!

Totul perfect. Recomand ! Liniste, intimitate, dotari moderne, confort, bun gust si curatenie la superlativ. Faptul ca e casa cu curte si gradina ,e un plus, am putut parca in curte, deci problema locului de parcare, pentru un oras cu trafic intens, cum e Clujul, dispare. Am avut o experienta foarte placuta, cu o gazda foarte amabila. Cu siguranta, voi reveni.

On arrival at this beautiful house we were warmly greeted then given a tour of this beautiful and well appointed house that almost immediately felt like home away from home. The house is immaculately decorated with really nice and comfortable furnishings. We spent three weeks and could have easily stayed on for the month, as even passing cars could not disturb that feeling of tranquility in this house. The host would swiftly execute any request /queries/ support and offer suggestions. The house is conveniently situated within easy reach of parks, play school, shops, Malls garden centers and usual amenities by driving or on foot. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a long or short stay, because I am absolutely convinced that you would love it as much as we do. We can't wait for the next visit.

Our stay at Razvan's place was absolutely wonderful! I The apartment was impeccably clean, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for us, especially being so close to the Ethnographic Museum where we enjoyed "Jazz in the Park." Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Our stay at the Cabin was incredible! Florina, the host, was fantastic—super attentive and welcoming. The house was spotless and in a gorgeous location, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we are already hoping to come back. Highly recommend!

A fantastic place to host My family and I We stayed here for almost two weeks while we were visiting. This is a wonderful Airbnb with everything that made my stay out comfortable and relaxing. The house and the property are Absolutely beautiful, safe, very clean and modern. Once we go back to the area, we will definitely go back to reserve this. The host was very attentive and Servant.

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds. It took us 1 hour to find street parking, the parking app for Cluj requires an ID that has to be romanian in order to create an account and pay over the phone when time expires. I had to wake up at 6:45 and walk 2 blocks to pay the parking at the machine😔

Este o locatie draguta, frumos aranjata, cu gust.Andreea a fost de mare ajutor si foarte amabil mi a raspuns la toate intrebarile pe care le am avut.Voi reveni ori de cate ori ma intorc in Cluj!

Florin's place was perfect in terms of location and in terms of comfort. Florin was very honest and communicable person, even we did not meet, answers were always quick and complete.

Ne-am simțit foarte bine. Patul odihnitor, locație liniștită, curățenie. Localuri unde se poate manca foarte bine. Complimente gazdei. Sergiu a fost amabil,disponibil. Vom reveni cu siguranţă .

E un loc drăguț, curat și bun pentru mai multe persoane, dar locația e dezavantajată de locație. În schimb, dacă ai mașină e ideal, dar dacă veniți cu 2 mașini trebuie să fiți atenți unde parcați a doua mașină. Există deja un loc de parcare al prietarului.

Foarte multumita de experienta: apartamentul-foarte curat, dotat cu toate cele mentionate in anunt, procesul de check-in / check-out -explicat foarte clar de catre gazda, nu am intampinat nici o problema, gazda foarte profi si friendly. Recomand cu mare incredere!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Cluj-Napoca. The place is clean, bright and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is peaceful and we especially appreciated that the apartment is located in a park, giving us the chance to enjoy our walks right outside the building. Communication with the host was very good. They were proactive in helping us when we couldn’t find the parking spot and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, a pleasant experience, we would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Cluj.

The apartment looks better in real life than it does in the photos. I loved my peaceful time there, would have stayed longer if there was availability. I want to especially point out how well-stocked this place was: it had everything from the laundry/dishwasher detergents to the extra towels and sheets. The kitchen had everything for even a picky chef. I will be back.

This is a hidden gem quite close to Cluj Napoca's old town. It is quiet, stylish and has all the amenities you might need. The old town is just a 20-25 minutes walk or a 5-10 minutes ride. I can only recommend this property and host 💚☺️
