In Marbehan,we offer a duplex in the annex of the house with private access, equipped with two bedrooms upstairs ,TV, Wi-Fi, shower room, small kitchen equipped with a microwave,utensils,hobs,oven, dining table... we offer a warm family setting,places for bicycles/motorcycles in a garage . crib available... We verhuren onze volledig gerenoveerde villa gelegen in een zeer rustig en typisch dorpje in de Ardennen. Op ons domein van 1 HA vind je oa het volgende: tennisveld, jacuzzi, sauna, gas BBQ, petanquebaan, terras 200m2, vuurschalen, hangmat, pingpongtafel, badminton, biljart, open haard, lounge bar met bibliotheek, 6 kamers met telkens afzonderlijke badkamer, uitstekende wifi. It is also ideal for trips to Arlon or Luxembourg.

This fully renovated house is located in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Gaume. It is the starting point for splendid hiking, horseback riding and cycling in the forest. Luxembourg City, Orval or Montmédy are also within a 30-minute drive. The covered wooden terrace gives access to the fully fenced garden (currently being developed). Storage space can accommodate bicycles, roof box, etc.
