Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Florence

As I said before - Savanna was a-ma-zing!! The group I was with rented 3 homes from her and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. I stayed with a group of 2 couple and 2 singles in this home and everyone was very comfortable. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!! All the ladies said they’d not slept that well in years - if ever. Don’t let the railroad deter you. I’m a light sleeper and never heard the train in my sleep. Thanks again for everything Savanna!!

Great place to stay and very close to the Shoals golf courses. Water pressure in the showers could have been better but I’m not sure how you control that issue. Serene place and super clean! Will stay here again. Loved it!!

Jessica was an awesome host! The space was perfect for our weekend getaway. She was also flexible with us with adjusting our reservation! Would definitely recommend and we are planning on coming back soon!

Shevelia was a great host. There was a storm coming and she made sure we had access to the basement if needed.

This place is well worth the money and then some. Super nice inside, great carport, quiet, and cozy. Just what we needed. We will be back here on our next visit to Florence.

We chose this home because it was walking distance to my son’s home and what a find. It was by far one of the cleanest crispest homes I have ever stayed in! Sheets and towels comparable to any top hotel. I didn’t cook much but if you enjoy cooking the kitchen was a dream. Another bonus was they had YouTube tv so I didn’t have to put in all my passwords which I always forget to log out. If you are visiting for the university it’s only a beautiful 5 minute walk. I will definitely be staying at the Lions Den for all future visits!

Beautiful home in immaculate condition. We used it for a family reunion with ages 4 to 73. The children especially enjoyed the small playroom upstairs and the game room with ping-pong and foosball downstairs. It was a perfect location with one family member in New Orleans and most of the rest in Louisville, Kentucky. Close to a number of restaurants and minutes from downtown Florence.

Absolutely wonderful location. Couldnt recommend more. Such nice hosts who were very responsive and accomadating. No issues with any amenities and cant wait to revisit.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The view from the porch/hot tub is amazing. The electric reclining couch was a great surprise and we were happy that we could bring our cat along with us. Can’t go wrong with this place, would definitely stay here again!

Loved my 3 night stay here. The sunsets were beautiful. I spent most of my time in the hammock. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin and even grilled one night. It is a perfect size for our family of four. I will say if you have more people than that and want to spend most of your time indoors you may feel a little cramped in the gathering areas. My guys did complain that the beds were too hard, but if you don’t mind a firm mattress then you should have no problem. Again, I loved my stay here and wished that I could have stayed even longer.

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed visiting with the owners. We had a lovely time love going for a walk out in the woods. We got to ride the four wheelers around the property couldn’t have had a better vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the cabin, despite a bit of rain. It is such a beautiful and peaceful setting. The fire pit and outdoor tub were our favorites. Thank you.

If you enjoy nature, fishing, water, privacy or need a reset in life then this spot is amazing! This place is very peaceful, words can't describe what stress reliever this place gives. Just steps away from the river/creek front- the water is so alive I can't even explain. Over 100 Long-nosed Gar wading and spawning literally to the right of the water. Catfish Galore! Bass, and some very beautiful fish I have never even seen. The lighting bugs light up the night sky and the frogs sing to you every night. The rushing water will put you sound to sleep if you decide to take a nap in the two person hammock.The cabin is very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the bedroom window makes you want to get out of bed and go back to the water! And the hosts- such caring and loving people; never met such amazing hosts! They left a bucket full of everything you'd need to roast s'mores. Thank you guys for such a wonderful weekend and the memories we'll carry with us! 💜
