Located on a very quiet little street in the village of Loyers, 11 km from Namur, the capital of Wallonia, halfway between Brussels and the Ardennes, there are many activities and places to visit in this beautiful region of Condroz.

It has an ultra-equipped kitchen, a living room with views of Malonne, a veranda, a terrace and a garden. Private parking for 3 vehicles and garage for bicycles. Accommodating 7 people, our cottage is great for a stay with family or friends. Enjoy nice walks on foot or by bike from the cottage, multiple activities and great restaurants in the area.

La Grande Folie, Beautiful family home

La Grande Folie is a spacious and very comfortable house located on a quiet dead end street. It has just been renovated (in 2021) and will welcome you in a neat and warm decor. It has a large living room with open fire, a superb fully equipped kitchen, a magnificent games room with billiards and foosball, a small super cozy TV lounge upstairs and of course a magnificent 80 m² south-facing garden and a large covered terrace with barbecue/grill for dining outside.

The cottage is an old 19th century barn converted for calm, conviviality, contact with nature and comfort. This vacation home is intended for 4 to 5 people with paved terrace, garden, garden furniture and private parking, as well as a covered shelter for strollers and bicycles. We are certified by the Natagora "Réseau Nature" Although we are friends of ANIMALS, we do NOT allow them inside the cottage. We also want this cottage to remain a NON-SMOKING space.

It's worth it, the Mountain. The house is located on a flank of the Meuse Valley. When you take the centuries-old pilgrims' path, you are happy to arrive, breathing at the foot of the Dinant wall. Our family home is there, waiting for you. It was our grandfather who hung it on the rock "to prevent it from sliding down". My brothers and I decided to keep it and occasionally open it to other lovers of the region.

Le Ptit Ruisseau welcomes you in the charming village of Dave, a small house nestled on the edge of a stream, 10 minutes' drive from Namur center and 5 minutes from Naninne train station. Nearby you will find all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, supermarket, hairdresser). Bois de Dave and its walking trails are also easily accessible by car (3 min) or on foot (15 min).

Located in Falaën, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia, our newly renovated rural gîte welcomes you with friends and family. You have more than 150 square meters of space. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower) & a separate toilet. Our village is located a few kilometers from Maredsous and its abbey as well as Dinant. We speak French & English.
