The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.

Washer and dryer are in the unfinished shed attached to the carport. No parking of vehicles, etc. in carport as it is at an incline and can have wash out areas. The small bathroom is located off of the queen bedroom with access only through the bedroom.
