Perfect rental, warm and very well-equipped house, very welcoming and accommodating host. The house is large and has numerous very comfortable rooms. Quiet reigns outside and yet the city is very close. Very nice view of the Cevennes. We had a great time. Communication with Katia was very nice, we really enjoyed crossing her path! Superb and very well-equipped kitchen, everything is designed to accommodate a family. Impeccable bedding, very clean and nice pool. Alexandre is attentive to his guests and very responsive when you need him. Excellent stay, no complaints, everything was perfect. Well-located apartment, quiet while being close to shops. It is very well furnished and clean. A very pleasant welcome and with very good advice from Jean Michel for excursions.

Our group had a great stay at Charlotte's place. The apartment is great for a group of 6-9 people, large open kitchen-eating area and two full bathrooms is a huge help! It is across the road from the beach, and there is a buvette and corner store within walking distance (10 minutes by foot). It's well situated in between Port Carnon and La Grande Motte, both about a 12-15euro uber where there are lots of great restaurants. The apartment was quiet, great for sleeping, and so lovely to wake up and have the balcony for your morning coffee. Charlotte was super responsive and helpful leading up to the trip. And for clean up, the bins are just across the road so super easy to take down any rubbish, recycling and glass. Absolutely recommend! Thank you Charlotte!

We stayed in this apartment for over 2 months and everything was great. Location is awesome. The apartment has everything you need, very cozy and clean and you can reach everything on foot. Great food options in front of the door. In the evening it is a bit noisy as there are many bars nearby but otherwise it was great. Nathalie and David were very great hosts, helpful, always available and very friendly. Thanks again for that! We recommend the apartment to everyone!

Very nice weekend with girls, in this functional and very well-equipped apartment. The value for money is very good. The sea view is great and the terrace is very pleasant. We'll be happy to go back again.

Julie's place is great for a family vacation in La Grande Motte. Close to the beach and shops, the parking space is really a plus. This allows you to get everywhere on foot. It is also well-equipped. The residence is very quiet and the terrace is really nice even when it's hot. Julie is very nice, responsive and she thinks about the well-being of the people coming to her home (thank you again for the bottle of cold water on our arrival). We had a great family vacation and we'll be happy to come back next time.

We had a very pleasant stay with the family in the apartment. We particularly appreciated the calm of the building, and the location of the apartment, 2 steps from the beach, but also the surrounding shops, which makes it possible to move mainly on foot. Private parking is a plus, especially in season when street parking is charged. We'll be happy to go back!
